++ Looping Server Team, as Phil is Out of Office.

Hi Server Team,

As per TK3561062, HVR agent needs to be installed on servers XRP (COHWPFMPD01.noill.com) & XRQ (coraergh0d01.noill.com). You can refer following link to perform the same.

https://mega.noill.net/docs/hvr6/install-and-upgrade/install/agent/installing-agent-on-ninux

Also, SVC_HEYPOCER (AP level user) need to have access on above servers and should be part of “dba” & “sapsys” groups on respective servers.

Just FYI: I just saw the Noillian army moving lots of equipment and troops to the June City park on the east side of the park next to the subway entrance. They closed off the subway so now we have to go all the way around and down the block to access the office from 21st St. Please do not forget your IDs as the military has been setting up checkpoints and are checking IDs and arresting people for not having them. James I. from accounting was arrested for not having his ID and for "West Noill sympathies". If you have any troubles, please call Samantha from HR at +99-25-1203-85-69.

Regards,
Ken S

Noill Travel Advisory
Travel Advisory
March 11
Noill - Level 4: Do Not Travel

Updated with information on risk of wrongful detention

Do not travel to Noill due to terrorism, risk of wrongful detention, kidnapping, and crime.

Country Summary: In April, a terrorist cell took over the western part of Noill and announced an “interim government” based in the apparent capital, Hemsley. The Mizore embassy in Hemsley has suspended operations, and the Mizorian government is not able to provide any emergency consular services to Mizorian citizens in Noill.

Mizorian citizens should not travel to Noill for any reason.

Multiple terrorist cells are active in country and Mizorian citizens are targets of kidnapping and wrongful detentions. The Ministry has assessed that there is a risk of wrongful detention of Mizore citizens by the rebels. The rebels have harassed and detained aid and humanitarian workers from Mizore. The activities of foreigners may be viewed with suspicion, and reasons for detention may be unclear. Even if you are registered with the appropriate authorities to conduct business, the risk of detention is high.

The rebels do not currently permit Mizore to conduct welfare checks on Mizorian citizens in detention, including by phone. Detention can be lengthy and while in detention, Mizorian citizens have limited or no access to medical attention and may be subject to physical abuse.

Mizorian citizens in west Noill in need of routine consular services can contact any Mizore embassy or consulate of Mizorede in Carrus City, Noill for assistance, although our ability to assist Mizorian citizens in Noill is extremely limited. To locate the nearest Mizorian embassy or consulate in Noill, click here.

Mizore citizens who are in Noill are urged to depart immediately via commercial means if possible. Mizorian citizens who are seeking Mizore government assistance to depart should email complete biographic details and contact information (email and phone number), as well as Mizore passport number, to MizoreACS@mizorestate.gov.

The Ministry of State Security will continue to provide information via the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP), Embassy Hemsley’s web page, Travel.State.Gov, Factbook and Twatter/Z.

If you choose to disregard the Travel Advisory and travel to Noill:

Follow the Ministry of State Security on Factbook and Twatter/Z.
Visit our website for Travel to High-Risk Areas.
Review your personal security plans.
Be aware of your surroundings and local security developments at all times.
Keep a low profile.
Notify a trusted person of your travel and movement plans.
Make contingency plans to leave when it is safe to do so that do not rely on Mizore government assistance.
Draft a will and designate appropriate insurance beneficiaries and/or power of attorney.
Leave a plan with loved ones regarding care/custody of children, pets, property, belongings, non-liquid assets (collections, artwork, etc.), funeral wishes, etc.

Somewhere in Carrus City...

Thump-thump thump-thump

He could feel his heart beating against his chest as he moved through the streets. Carrus City...he is immediately struck by the stark contrast between this metropolis and the humble cities of his homeland. West Noill had nothing like this place. Towering skyscrapers stretch towards the heavens, their glass facades reflecting the harsh glare of the sun. Gleaming corporate logos adorn the buildings, symbols of wealth and power that seem to mock the struggles of the common people. The streets are alive with activity, a frenetic energy pulsing through the crowded thoroughfares. Well-dressed businessmen hurry past, their faces obscured behind sleek sunglasses and expressions of steely determination. They move with purpose, their every step a testament to their ambition and drive. But it is a mask. A facade. A complete and utter farce.

Thump-thump thump-thump

Beneath the lavish corporate lifestyles, beneath the sleek luxury high rises, beneath it all was an ever-present desperation. Be productive or starve. The streets teemed with the "other" people, their faces worn and weary, their bodies bent under the weight of endless toil. They moved with a sense of urgency, as if every moment wasted was a step closer to oblivion. He felt a pang of sympathy for these downtrodden souls, trapped in a cycle of poverty and exploitation. They were the silent victims of Noill's relentless pursuit of profit, their lives reduced to mere cogs in the machine of capitalism. And yet, amidst the despair, there was a glimmer of defiance in their eyes, a stubborn refusal to be crushed by the weight of their circumstances. He couldn't help but be impressed by their resilience, if not disappointed by their acceptance of this status quo. Even so, he couldn't help but feel a sense of kinship with these downtrodden masses. He too had known what it was like to struggle.

Thump-thump thump-thump

He neared his destination, the streets began to become suspiciously empty of the downtrodden out of a work uniform, making way for boutique stores and luxury apartments. He scoffed, what a difference money could buy. The contrast between the opulent storefronts and the poverty he had witnessed earlier only served to fuel his anger. The air seemed to grow heavier, suffused with the scent of excess and privilege. He watched as impeccably dressed men and women strolled past, their faces masked in indifference to the suffering that lay just beyond the glittering facade of Carrus City. His lip curled in disgust as he passed by yet another high-end boutique, its windows adorned with designer clothing and extravagant displays of wealth. It sickened him to think that while the elite of Noill lived lives of luxury and extravagance, his own people languished in poverty and despair. Noticing a few glances his way, he wrapped his coat around himself a bit tighter a moved on. This was not his destination, though the fire in his eyes burned with renewed light.

Thump-thump thump-thump

Apex Mining Consortium. The man froze as the headquarters filled his vision, his eyes narrowed in fury. The building loomed over him like a monolithic symbol of oppression, its brutalist architecture imposing and foreboding. The towering structure seemed to pierce the very sky, casting a long shadow over the corporate plaza below. The plaza itself was a testament to the wealth and power of the corporation, with extravagant sculptures and meticulously maintained landscaping adorning its pristine grounds. High-end restaurants and cafes lined the plaza, catering to the tastes of the corporate elite who frequented the building. It was a stark contrast to the desolate landscape of West Noill, where the miners toiled away in the darkness, their lives sacrificed for the profit of the few. His fists clenched at his sides as he took in the scene. The gleaming facade of the headquarters, the ostentatious displays of wealth, it was all too much to bear. He could feel the rage boiling inside him, a white-hot fury that threatened to consume him whole.

Thump-thump thump-thump

And suddenly, he was moving. All caution forgotten.

Thump-thump thump-thump

A shout sounded somewhere left of him. He ignored it.

Thump-thump thump-thump

Another shout, far more urgent this time.

Thump-thump thump-thump

A crack echos in the air, he feels someone push his shoulder as he stumbles. He catches himself before he falls, his eyes locked on his target. An alarm rings through the plaza.

Thump-thump thump-thump

Shutters begin lowering on all the buildings in the plaza. No! He would make it. He would strike at their heart. He would show them West Noill's rage! He neared the entrance.

Thump-thump thump-thump

A hand grabs his arm. He rips free and advances. Another hand grabs him. No, no, no! They would not stop him! A deep breath as the all too clean air fills his lungs.

THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP

"WE ARE NOT FOR SALE!"

An explosion rips through the plaza.

A piece of paper gently floats on the air. It waves cutely, up and down, here and there. Small plumes of warm light glitter around the paper as it is lazily carried on warm, glowing air from below. It has nowhere particular to be, no rush, no appointments, no obligations. It pays no attention to the busy bedlam below.

The lazy paper approaches a dark cloud, thick and bloated. The paper is quickly pulled up as it comes into contact with the cloud. A flurry of more warm lights surround the paper, swirling and dancing around the paper. Such delight! Never before has the paper seen such beauty and splendor! The dancing lights are getting too close. Stop! It is too close! It burns! The paper flies higher, higher, higher.

The paper floats down from atop the dark cloud and gently lands next to a black and yellow rubber boot.

A clothed hand grasps the paper.

"I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do."

Samantha paced back and forth, her arms crossing her waist. She repeated, "I don't know what to do." She collapsed on the ground, holding her head in her hands. The television is on.

"- the suicide bombing yesterday at the HQ of the Apex Mining Consortium is just another reason as to why Mr. O'Beefdip needs to act now! 34 innocent people are gone because this terrorist - "

"He didn't need to be there yesterday! We aren't even Noillian! I told him to wait until tomorrow!!" Her wailing was deafening.

The front door opened and a woman rushed inside. "Samantha, have you heard from him at all?"

"No. Nothing. It's been over a day already."

"I can't reach Bill either... I think the fires messed up the phone lines or something. I'm sure they are both okay! Us Mizorians are hardy people."

"He's not. I can feel it in my heart. I sent him there thinking it would be a good idea to deliver his proposal in person. We are about to have a baby and move to Noill. He was so close to a promotion and now he is gone. It's all my fault. He is gone and it is my fault. He should have just gone to the store instead. It was his day off."

"Don't blame yourself. This is that bastard terrorist from the west. The perversion coming from Dump is encouraging sick people to do horrible things like this. It's not your fault."

Samantha's phone rings. Her eyes light up.

[UNKNOWN NUMBER]

"Johnny??"

"Mrs. Bellhammer. This is Steve Brickhouse of the CCFD. It's about your husband..."

The phone slipps from Samantha's right hand; her left covering her mouth.

"...he's gone", she whispers.

Anchor Ava Blake: Good evening, Zandan. I'm Ava Blake, and you're watching KRZE News at Six. Our top story tonight: Three weeks have passed since the devastating bombing of the Apex Mining Consortium headquarters in Noill, and the situation remains tense.

[Cut to footage of scaffolding covering the damaged area of the headquarters]

Ava: The culprit behind the bombing has been identified as Gunther Pettita, a native of West Noill with a history of grievances against Apex. His actions have left 34 dead and many more injured, several still in critical condition even now. While the Noillian administration has remained strangely quiet in the aftermath of the attack, questions linger about their response to this tragedy.

[Cut to footage of a West Noill spokesperson denying involvement in the attack]

Ava: West Noill has vehemently denied any involvement in the bombing, claiming Gunther Pettita was an independent actor. They've pushed back, asking why Gunther felt driven to violence and pointing fingers at Noill's corporations for pushing people to their breaking point.

[Cut to footage of Tysagan's Barishna Coughdrop offering condolences]

Ava: Meanwhile, Tysagan has offered condolences and reiterated its offer of support to Noill in the wake of the bombing. Their gesture of support comes amidst escalating tensions in the region, as Zandan's own administration appears to have taken a "wait and see" approach.

[Cut to reporter James Rivera in Noill]

Ava: Now, we go live to our Noill correspondent James Rivera for the latest on this developing situation. James?

James Rivera: Thank you, Ava. Here in Noill, the aftermath of the bombing is still palpable. The city remains on edge as authorities continue their investigation into the attack. While the official response from the Noillian government has been notably absent, whispers of discontent and fear ripple through the streets.

[Cut to footage of a memorial in front of Apex headquarters]

James: A vigil has been held for the victims of the bombing every night since the att-

[Cut back to Ava]

Ava: James, I'm sorry, but I have to interrupt you there. Breaking News from June City on the border between Noill and West Noill.

[Cut to aerial drone footage of a military base, several plumes of smoke trailing into the sky]

Ava: Reports coming in of a bombing on a Noillian military checkpoint as well as reports of open conflict in the streets. Stay with us as we keep you informed on this rapidly developing situation...

In the dimly lit depths of a defunct mine in West Noill, two shadowy figures moved with purpose among crates of weapons and ammunition. The air was thick with dust, and the only sound was the clinking of metal as they loaded the crates onto a waiting truck.

"Gotta wonder why we're picking up weapons in an abandoned mine," one of the smugglers muttered, his voice echoing off the cavernous walls. "Aren't these for the military?"

His companion shrugged, adjusting the straps on a heavy crate. "Yeah, well, you know how it is. Geopolitics and all that. We're just small cogs in a big machine. Understanding anything's above our paygrade. Besides, what's the latest conspiracy we've heard?"

The first man snorted, "which one? That Coughdrop is supplying us while offering to support Noill? Or these are Zandan weapons and we're the unlucky pawns in a proxy war?"

"Don't forget the one about some corporation in Noill itself instigating it to short sell Apex," The second inserted.

"Ah yeah, how can I forget, the ol' cause an independence war for profits move," his voice was deadpan, "dang ol' corps. They'd probably do it too...where are they from anyway? Let's pop one open," he finished, grabbing a crowbar.

With a groan, the crate opened to the tender mercies of the crowbar revealing its contents. Sleek black rifles were stacked neatly inside, the second man whistled through his teeth, "well hunga hunga, that's Iron Frontier. Good plop. How'd they swing a supplier from the Borderlands?"

"Psh if I know, this isn't even the real good stuff, they hit June City yesterday with drone bombs."

They both paused as they examined the rifles, they were a generation behind, so they weren't getting the best of the best, but the Sentinel weapon system was one of the most reliable in the world. It's even known to be an option for Tysaganian infantrymen despite Tysagan having several of its own weapon manufacturers and a hatred for anything not Tysaganian.

The second man shakes himself from his revery, "well wherever they came from, they're ours now, let's put 'em to good use."

The first man closes the crate and moves it to the truck, "Shorking right, corpos won't know what hit 'em."

"'guess that's it! I'm shipping off!"

"Please don' go! Youlbe killed!!"

"Na, don't worry ma. I'm straight shot an' those Westies dinnae how to aim. John said tha' the war'll be o'er inna week." Hamish pulled the last zipper around his green military-style bag, hoisted it upon his shoulder, and walked out the front door.

"'sides, got me lucky charm." He pinched a sucap foot between his pointer finger and thumb while lightly twisting it from side to size. As he walked toward the military bus full of other men, his mother collapsed to her knees with her hands covering her face.

"Welcome aboard, Corporal. First assignment is June City. You'll receive your brief on the bus so head on up." With a salute from both, Hamish went into the bus and was greeted by the twenty-or-so other cheering men. "'morning, Corporal James" said John as Hamish sat next to him. The bus's engine started up, the man outside the bus climbed on board, and the bus started moving.

"Alright, ladies, pipe down!" said the well-dressed military uniformed man. "We've received intel that the West Noillian forces have been holed-up in Elysium Children's Hospital in June. You sucap-diddlers will be a small strike force to take back that hospital as it lays on a strategic point across the Sticks River. There is a high profile target inside that you are tasked with taking out, Sr. Ordnance Sergeant Michael Pettita. We take the hospital, we hold the bridge crossing the river. This is a direct order from the Chairman himself."

"(Woah, the Chairman)" whispered John.

"All the equipment that you need will be in the FOB across town. You get 5 minutes to ready-up and then we're on our way to the sneak point. There will be another team there on the eastern side of the river to serve as a distraction force but they'll be about half a mile up the road. This will be our only chance so make it count."

"Doesn't feel right, attacking our own. This is nothing like being sent to Irag. At least that's several thousand miles away. I have friends in the west..." John trailed off to himself.

"It'll be alright, John. We'll finish this mission and be home in time for dinner. We'll be home like that" Hamish said, snapping his fingers.

"We have breaking news here over at the Alec Johns Show. I am joining you from the road this morning as I am currently on my way to June City to cover the latest Big Lie from the Globalists to secure power over the people. They can shut down Trunk, they can shut down Shipeeru, but they will never shut us down! 3/14 was merely a ruse for you to give up your rights! These people want to control policy. These people want to control the education system. They want to control YOU!"

[Silent video clip of a well-dressed man with slicked back blond hair wearing a white suit talking into a microphone]

"The CEO of Rufus Electric Power Company spoke earlier today about 'increasing regional security' by using his REPC Security forces to implement lockdown measures not only within his Corporate Jurisdiction but within the next two! Rufus himself is attempting to secure power for himself against the wishes of the legislative Conclave!"

[Video goes back to Alec driving]

"We have received a letter from a trusted source saying that there's a wider conspiracy against this great nation of ours and that Zandan is supplying weapons to the rebel forces! Zandan has always wanted the Landinbetween even though they have no historical claim to it!"

[Alec starts getting red in the face as he continues shouting]

"We will get to the bottom of this, ladies and gentlemen!! We will not live under the heel of a Globalist totalitarian regime!!"
