Liberated Russian National State applied for Russia at the same time as Volgarus returned (the same hour) and thus with both claiming Russia the compromise was that Volgarus would finish their RP they were doing as Russia, before moving to their new application in western Europe. Volgarus agreed to finish their RP by the end of Sunday (00:00), at which point I would map LRNS fully as Russia, and Volgarus as their western Europe claim.
Rule 8 applies to all land transfers between nations deemed large (including USM and Volgarus and eventually LRNS).

You never roleplay, and you cease to exist before anything,neither do you follow the the 2 week roleplay message rule, and the role plays you do are straight up lazy.
Clearly,of you have real life responsibilities or something, you should leave Russia, and give to someone who actually will roleplay, and writes detailed.
If you can't write a detailed roleplay, why are you roleplaying in the first place?

The issue isn't the thoughts, it's just the phrase "yall are ruining your region" isn't particularly very charitable when no actual ruining has been done, nobody has broken the rules, and you're an embassy region. I'd prefer such concerns to be stated through telegrams and discord first so solutions can be presented, rather than using the RMB which is primarily an RP forum (though it can divulge more than we'd like).

No one can deny the great things you’ve done for both Africa and Ardenia and I respect your opinion for that.
Can’t speak for LN, but personally, I prefer to keep the RMB more cordial and rp-focused.
The earlier matter has already been settled and I don’t think it’s productive to clog up the RMB going in circles on it.

After thirty-two hours riddled with strife and uncertainty, it has been officially confirmed and announced that the United States of Mesothallania has peacefully secured stability and sovereignty over its newly gained areas from the Holy Empire of Volgarus. However, the US Military will continue to provide peacekeeping services to the Holy Empire of Volgarus in an attempt to help quell down the ongoing unrest. Military intelligence agencies and analysts believe that all will be calmer sometime within the next twenty-four hours, and the United States of Mesothallania is aiding the Volgarussian nation to reach stability by midnight tonight / tomorrow morning.
The mod team convened and determined that Volgarus was within its rights to create any treaties and roleplay it wanted. It was then decided that the first treaty between Volgarus and Mesothallania will stand.
