Bunkers!!!!

The government of Alpia has announced that every citizen MUST have a space in a bunker. The government has laid out strict regulations for bunkers and have contracted companies to build communal nuclear bunkers throughout the country with all of the facilities. Citizens must pay a one-time fee of $1000 for the bunkers, but they have the option to opt out and build their own private bunker. This has sparked the creation and boosting of a whole new industry - the bunker industry! It is poised to grow at a rapid speed and employ thousands of people.
