With the ongoing civil war brewing past its dawn, it seems that the Volgarussian state has finally collapsed after a history of near-misses. Over ten hours have passed since the catalyst that caused the Volgarussian state to fall. Some reports are claiming that mass-looting and riots are ocurring in major city centers, with protests calling for complete reform and a new change of government. One independent Mesothallanian reporters claims that several districts in Moscow are wanting to topple the oppresive government that existed for decades, and to change the opprsive nature the state has somehow attracted for centuries. Is a new, more liberal and democratic regime about to take a stand by force?
A state of emergency has been declared in the new areas now sovereign to the United States of Mesothallania. Many people are cheering in the streets for being liberated from the Holy Empire of Volgarus. Citizens of Yakutsk, across the border, asking to also be incorporated into the United States if the Sakha Republic can be guaranteed independence. At this time, military officers on our side of the Lena River can only promise peace and stability in this new Territory of Kamchatka, a name whose Koryak etymology is said to mean “men of the far end”, a bittersweet remark shared by many in the ex-Volgarussian Far East as some mothers cry at how they will no longer be forgotten by Moscow and other elders draw comparison how now they are the last frontier, poking some humor at Alaska’s nickname.
The United States now awaits to see just what kind of crisis this is to emerge into. Many analysts are saying to embrace for an influx of refugees.

The civil war in Volgarus is hard. Though there are a few people that are surpised that Putin willingly accepted defeat and surrendered to terms that he made himself, many people are happy that USM is trying to help clean up the corruption that has been in the government. The death of Putin is like a cannon that fired a shot of freedom. It is no secret that several republics in Russia have been trying to gain independence for years now. The list of former autonomous okrugs that are seeking independence are Agin-Buryatia and Ust-Orda Buyratia, Evenkia, Permyakia, and Taymyr.
The Government of Zimbabwe will under no circumstances participate in attempts to facilitate peace negotiations with Bro'Kinaba until the imposition of sanctions.
