As the Minister of Defense of our proud nation, Dacia, it is with a sense of duty and determination that I stand before you today to address a matter of paramount importance: the initiation of the Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missile (IRBM) project.
In the face of an ever-evolving global landscape, it is imperative that Dacia takes proactive measures to safeguard our sovereignty, protect our people, and secure our future. The decision to embark on the IRBM project is not one taken lightly, but rather one born out of a deep-seated commitment to ensuring the safety and security of our nation.
The world we inhabit is fraught with challenges and uncertainties, where threats to our security can manifest in various forms and from multiple directions. In such a volatile environment, possessing a credible deterrent becomes not just a strategic advantage but a fundamental necessity.
