Do they have the freedom to harm other people's health as well? Someone can make the argument that your disastrous environmental policies are creating significant market externalities. In contrast, the CRDC firmly believes that it's the government's duty to prevent environmental harm, as it can directly correlate to a deterioration of public health.

It is self-evident that your government is playing a key role in making disappearance the leading cause of death. It's 85.6% of that stat! Furthermore, if it is not the government, then who is causing it? How could you claim that you have no crime, yet let this happen illegally under your nation's watch? It's a humanitarian travesty, I say!
