Nah, it's all good, and thank you for having me here as well! I can use Victoriaans Nederlands which is in this region, but I often am here, and I generally don't like to spam myself, haha.

I just went for a treadmill run, which was pretty good by my personal record after not running since like 13th Nov; I was down with a viral infection, non-COVID.
