The PDFEMO wishes to request material assistance from Imperial Eagle as part of its move to accelerate the movement of troops and materiel in high-altitude areas.

Past engagements suggest that the PDFGF is lacking in helicopters that are suited for altitudes of 5,000 meters above sea level, which form a sizable chunk of the FEUSSR's current theater of operations.

To that end, the PDFEMO wishes to acquire for the PDFGF the following:

70 x S-70i Black Hawk utility helicopters

The FEUSSR, cognizant that it is not in a formal alliance with Imperial Eagle, is willing to waive the entitlement to any discount and will pay full price if requested.
