The Unovians heard the discussions from the other delegations. They then began to address the groups.

Is stability merely knowing some kind of system is in place or is stability that the people are not simply being treated like slaves," Idasho said. "And if the place is not stable, is it then our duty to restore balance to the place. If so, is it done militarily, humanitarian how would you wish this council of the continent to go about all of this," he then added. The Dominon could not been having to put out fires all over Asia while also protecting itself an understaffed castle was weak to sieges. Hanzo however was silent for this, eyes trained to spot and intercept any dangers to his charge.

(As a side note when I can't think of a name for a shinobi, I'll just fall back on Hatori Hanzo, but it is by no means the actual Hanzo. So, if you see Hanzo like this it's not the real Hanzo.)

"I'm sure not all of us would be needed to keep stable however Mr.Idasho brings up a good point on how we would measure a territory's stability," Sophia said idling swirling her wine glass. "However there's got to be other things to be brought up surely besides how this proposed organization will be keeping the peace," she added eyes roving over everyone in attendance.

The Unovians listened to this comment with great interest. "What other things do you think should be brought up, since you brought up the question?"

"Focusing less on the militaristic what would this mean for those amongst us would we merely be working together or, would this be a formal alliance rather than a simple shared mission between our nations," Vu said. "Because if this is to be a shared mission simply than I would like to volunteer the Confederacy to aid in any humanitarian mission this will bring forth as to help those who have fallen behind in the past years due to the wars that have reaped havoc on our planet both human and extraterrestrial," he explained further.

"We would hope to end up with a formal alliance, given the constant state of war that we tend to face, remembering the Gem Wars and the like. Asia has the power to be the Continent that the world looks to for direction in crisis. The equation of time, money, and people, we cover all 3. Asia has has society since the other continents were in caves. We have the people to get things done in record time. We have some of the largest economies. I would support a Continent wide currency, along with the sharing of our science and technology to keep our footprint strong, much like the EU was in times past. The US and Britain are the major powers in this world. Maybe it's time that an Asian Coalition (name pending) could be created to equal our power among them. We should also dedicate ourselves to humanitarian efforts as well."
