Being stationed in the Ponticianre Sea, the Schwypian Navy, from their temporary bases in Basaran, sees the nation of Avidina as a potential asset in the growing conflict for control over the region. The Schwypian government approves a diplomatic team to make contact with the nation. A government vessel will send radio messages to the country asking for permission to come to port and establish relations on behalf of the Prime Minister and Her Majesty.
