It seems Ranger's Mercenary Company has taken control of Avidina. 200,000 Mercenaries spread out to take control of Region and enforce it.

Meanwhile before Saint-Jorg Meeting happens Ranger went to see Arc to help her with her Prototype SKR the two having fun as quick Best Friends. He also was curious on who this customer was.

Meanwhile Akulda would run City of New Catherine of which Deijans are building an New City on land provided. Akulda sends a message to Hemlock about her idea. Marshall Hemlock wanting to prevent Blayredeshia from getting ideas agree's and sends a message asking to put Two City's under a Joint Entity with two leaders.
