That would be awesome, Solaryia could’ve also had one or two small reading outposts on the territory that could’ve also risen up into rebellion to give them a reason to blockade. By that time their small empire would’ve been in decline for a while, so they probably wouldn’t have launched any land attack and just stayed with the blockade.
