Given the neutral Duchy of Deija lies on the southern border of the ImperialKommissariat Aurora; Major General Napoleon South the Governor-General of the ImperialKomissariat has reached out to the Deija Government to meet with them and establish official relations between the Duchy and the Confederacy.
