RP: Poking an Old Friend

With the strings of stability giving way to the tower of governmental collapse in Icewindia, and the threat of war looming, the corporate heads of the mining industry have expressed their concerns to the Queen. However, lacking any official control over the region where death mountain lies, Queen Mirvelle reaches out to an old family friend, Ranger's Mercenary company with a request:

"I come to you again asking for assistance. The word of troubles has reached my ears and the situation has my mining giants spooked that their assets in Death Mountain could possibly be threatened by the current political climate. I told them to evacuate their resources but they need time. If everything went south, how long could you keep a road open for my corps to get their gear out?"
