RP: Closer Ties
Recently the grand parliament of the dominion government has decided to push for closer ties with Werewolf Islands. They have sent Envoy Diarmuid Phemus to head operations in gaining greater trust with the Wolfinite Republic. Among his party are two guards, one servant, a cyber sprite translator and a shady looking messenger by the name of Hesper Autameris. Diarmuid is wishing to have an audience with members of the Wolfinite government and discuss actions which may benefit both parties.
