The People's Republic of Hyechon would gladly accept this aid. Having just learned of the TNL, the people would be motivated to crush imperialism and liberate the south. The advisors would be sent to the Northern half of the country, and the mercenaries would be put on standby. The hard weapons would be sent towards the People's Army, mostly in overwhelming the attempts of Kynthes with sheer numerical mass and military hardware as they were unsupported by allies and constantly repelled from the land, beat off the shores in a perpetual parry.
(OOC: Since I'm waiting for Icewindia and Blayredeshia, the rest will be static preparation.)
