It has been made a priority by the Soviet of the Union that the peoples of Arabia and East Asia should begin engaging in more deep, comprehensive bilateral ties with one another. Bilateral cooperation is mutually beneficial for both our peoples, emerging from the deep potential for cooperation between us. As the Emirate emerges as the regional leader in the Middle East, and as we emerge as the regional powerhouse of the East, we must both work together, sooner rather than later, to construct more comprehensive schemes of cooperation that will impact trade, culture, society, technology, military affairs, and infrastructure.

The two countries mutually complement each other. Let us see a brighter future together.
The FEUSSR wishes to dispatch Ambassador Tai Wuling to the Emirate to serve as diplomatic envoy. Furthermore, the FEUSSR also expresses interest in improving bilateral collaboration in the fields of trade, by suggesting the following tentative trade agreement, labelled the Far Eastern-Arabian Selective Trade Agreement:

• The FEUSSR will waive all tariffs for scrap copper and raw aluminium from the Emirate;

• The Emirate will reduce tariffs by 15% for cars from the FEUSSR;

• The Emirate will waive all tariffs for fabrics and textiles from the FEUSSR;

• The FEUSSR will reduce tariffs by 25% for all refined petroleum products from the Emirate;

• The FEUSSR will reduce tariffs by 15% for all crude petroleum products from the Emirate;

• The Emirate will waive all tariffs for telephones from the FEUSSR;

• and lastly, both nations commit to enforcing fair, free, and transparent market practices with one another.

The Mashriq Caliphate is always happy to have bilateral and diplomatic ties with other nations. We believe that steps like these will help have strong strategic relations between the two Asian powerhouses, the Soviet Union and the Caliphate, and shall improve cooperation in all fields, in a way that would serve the best interests of our states and nations.

The Caliphate would be pleased to receive Ambassador Tai Wuling in Riyadh, and accommodate him in the Royal Palace, till the embassy office construction sees completion. We would also like to send Ambassador Shaheen Ali Azam, the first non-Arab origin civil servant and ambassador from the Caliphate to The Far Eastern Union as a diplomatic envoy.

We are also pleased to inform you that His Excellency, The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques (خَادِمُ ٱلْحَرَمَيْنِ ٱلشَّرِيفَيْنِ‎), Emir of Hejaz, Khalifa Muhammad bin Omar Aladeen has given his approval of the Far Eastern-Arabian Selective Trade Agreement proposed from your end. We would like to proceed with the agreement as soon as conveniently possible.
