Cannabis Fully Legalized / กัญชาถูกกฎหมายอย่างเต็มที่ / 大麻完全合法化

Despite recently being listed under Level 5 under the new classification of substances under the Drug Enforcement Administration of Indochina, Cannabis has now been legalized and decriminalized across the Confederation. With a vote of 152 FOR and 31 AGAINST, the move to legalize cannabis for medicinal and recreational purposes passed in the United Assembly of the Confederation. Chairman Khan I signed off on the bill shortly after the passing. The bill not only legalizes cannabis in any use, but also sets to free those imprisoned for past possession or dealing of cannabis. The dealing is still regulated, however, as a supplier or producer needs a license to do so. A license is not required for the consumption and non-commercial purchase of cannabis.
