The warehouse was dark, with the flag of South Hyechon hung limply over a haphazardly arranged center table. A map of both South and North laid on the wooden surface, under the harsh scrutiny of Moon Ju-Tang, the admiral clearly not wanting his time wasted. The bureaucrats and even Han-Lee himself kept their traps shut in the presence of the admiral. One f*ckup, and their whole operation was going to be blown. With such a high value governmental asset, the meeting of loyalists to the regime began.

"The current republic is run by a former aristocrat. It's mostly been aristocrats. In the days of the civil war, as Kang Hyeong-Suk's maelstrom of a 'people's army' threatened to absorb all of Hyechon and bring it under a communist rule. Our only hope at the time was to ally ourselves with our old enemies- the landlords and middlemen who ruled the peasantry during the Imperial period. While that gave us the land, it's been warlord after warlord for four years straight." Kim Han-Lee explained, laying down a basic history for the Icewindian delegation.

"All it's done is give the North and their insurgent friends in the South legitimacy. So, what do you plan?" The gravelly voice of Ju-Tang interrupted, dead set on a resolution.

RP: Operation Busan

Marshall Hemlock looks to the map and the table quiet for a few minutes before speaking to Moon Ju-Tang.

Marshall Hemlock:"More time we waste the more prepared the North Gets. There is no saving current Government the plan is Regieme change as you know. Han-Lee will become the Provisional Leader of the New Republic and you Moon Ju-Tang are about to become the Hero this New Republic needs. Icewindian Fleet is almost present in region with 14,000 Marines ready to open ports to flood troops into the Region. I will meet current leadership to talk about helping in Regional Stability... your team will Kill Current Leader and Moon Ju-Tang you and your troops will storm Government Quarters, Ministry of the interior, Party headquarters, Secret Police Station etc... Make sure Communications are taken down to keep public confusion high. Soon we will announce that thanks to your efforts the Government has been saved and that Moon Ju-Tang the Hero of South Hyechon shall be working with Icewindians to continue Regional Stability and to ensure Provisional Leader Han-Lee of the Provisional Republic transfers through nicely. If all goes well we will be talking about your Election next Mr.Moon."

He points to a map of the border.

Marshall Hemlock:"The question is will the Army on the border Stay loyal and keep North from advancing to south... because if North attacks during this regime change... Understand it changes everything but I can assure you Icewindia will be at war with North for Total Reunification at that point. But for now focus is to secure our position. Whatever supplies, weapons and gear you need im sorry but we can only get it in once the regime change is over. If this Coup fails..... Icewindians will go in to take the south with your cooperation or not. Icewindia will not allow a Communist country so close to home. So I Hope you understand the gravity of the situation. You have one Month to Prepare before Operation Busan the Icewindian Landings occur. Im scheduling that meeting with current regieme on that time in the Capital so it shouldent be hard to put a bullet in whoever idiot is currently in charge. Good luck."

Ever since the conception of South Hyechon in 2140, there has always been united opposition to the democrats and their feudalist backers. At first, student protests and labor strikes but as the mass graves were filled with anti-solists, suspected communists, and those with anti-regime views- a simple reformist movement radicalized and solidified into an actively pro-north Juche organization. Out of these many organizations, the dominant faction called itself the 'Revoutionary Self-Determination Front' (RSDF).

For four years, these factions were engaged in small-scale activities, namely interruptions of arrests of protestors- rioting, and simple sabotage of the south's logistics in an attempt to accelerate a regime collapse and integration into North Hyechon under the "Dear Mother". However, with a secret message from the Worker's Party of Hyechon to contacts in these factions and supposed smuggling of arms over the young border through unmarked civilian planes re-routed through neutral territory to look like travelers.

Now armed and having been ideologically educated for quite some time, the organizations formed a coalition army under the name of the RSDF, known as the People's Guerrilla Army. The first major attack was launched on the South's capital, Gwangseon with a bomb attack on the Ministry of the Interior's office.

Insurgent sleeper authorities declared a People's War, and authorized guerrilla action all over the country. Seeing the most success over rural and remote zones with sympathetic farmer peasants, the South would be stricken with the red pox, hundreds of little but densely armed enclaves emerging over the course of a few days.

The pressure was on.

RP: An Meeting...

Marshall Hemlock and King Regent Wallace have requested on a specific Day at Specific Time in an open location with highrises around in Capital to meet with current Military Dictatorship of South Hyechon that Icewindia wishes to bring Regional Stability in the Region.

In the meantime Icewindian Navy and Marines along with 4th Army was preparing for next Month for Operation Busan. The So called "Regional Stability" operation.
