RP: Portland Rebellion Success? Kinda?

It started with Workers Strike then it exploded into Local Cities but situation was calming down as King Regent Wallace arrived with Wolfinite Police Forces until a mysterious Militia under a Certain Prince turned Wolfinite Police to his size and seized City Hall. Soon an Red, White and Black Banner flies over city. King Regent Wallace was allowed to leave even though he was at gunpoint but after King Regent Wallace left he surrounded the City with the Army and on City Television broadcasting Live was Prince Wolfen 1st calling actively for Wolfinites to Up-rise and to Re-join the Motherland. While his speech causes Riots across Wolfinite Ethnic Communities it does not cause further Rebellion.

King Regent Wallace not wanting to let Wolfen 1st start a Colonial War. Decides to Speak to Wolfy II in a meeting to draw the Borders on that State/Province within Icewindia and decides to appease Wolfen and "Let him have the Dam City for now."
