The leader of Ornionam picks who the next will be, But no one knows about the chosen person Until the previous Leader dies, giving the Person who was chosen to rule can rule under THEIR morals and aren't/weren't influenced by other people.
The Leader has the Option to choose the next person to the Leader as soon as they go into the office. But when the Leader is on their death bed, they MUST make their choice in the time span of 4 days.
