The Free Nations Region Regional Message Board
1.. Is the only reason why youíre running the fact that SA isnít running? How is simply ďEh no one else is doing itĒ the motivation for a strong leader? How will you be better than ďEh no else is doing itĒ?
2.. 30 members?! That is just ridiculous. Even EPSA, a Feederís military, doesnít have that many active soldiers. Barely any more inactive soldiers. Recruitment telegrams to current residents, and card/badge rewards are amazing incentives, but they arenít that effective. Additionally, recruiting for FNDA outside of FNR is not a good idea. We need to build a military from our own people, not from people who havenít even heard of FNR. FNDA is not an organization independent of the region or government, it is within the bounds of the executive of the FNR. Recruiting for it outside of the region only invites people who donít know/care about FNR to represent FNR in R/D missions, in Libcord, and in the executive. Do you even have the stamps or authority to recruit for FNR? Adding it to our existing recruitment tg? Absolutely. Recruiting for it as if it is your own personal org? No.
3.. Donít we already have an anti-griefing policy? Weíre a defender military. If we donít, it was a severe oversight and yeah do it. If we do, then this is just useless redundancies to expand your campaign.
4.. Guidelines for ranks and promotions is an interesting idea. It can also regulate stuff like awards. Big incentive for people to have a fancy title and it can keep our military consistent. This is something Iím in favor of.
5.. MoD and Deputy MoD is not in law because itís under the jurisdiction of the President and is thus executive policy. I think we have/had an FNDA Act, so just doing something like ďThe Supreme Commander shall be the Executive Official in charge of the FNDA, be it an elected or appointed leader.Ē Or something like that. Allow for flexibility, at least.
6.. You mentioned some good plans to increase activity of the FNDA. Apart from these are there any operations you want to pursue? Or any militaries you want to cooperate with?
7.. Arenít you already a military leader somewhere? How will this affect your activity and leadership in FNDA?
8.. Military cooperation with the Consortium and simply with EPSA is something that both TEP and FNR want to pursue. Is it something you will stop? If not, how will it work out, what with you being banned from TEP for treason-espionage?
9.. Werenít you fired from another regionís government for leaking, separately from the whole situation where you broke the treason act in TEP? How do we know you wonít do the same here? These seem like bad credentials.
First of all, please release a campaign dispatch so that we know your promises and policies.
Second of all, general question, former President Sparsdan says, ďI was not very happy with your activity when you were the minister last timeĒ. How do we know that you wonít just pull the same stunt again?
Thank ye! Itís nice to see people complimenting my efforts to harass people on the RMB push candidates to be the best they can be.
As an incumbent running unopposed with simple plans, thereís not really any questions to ask you, but hereís one:
Is the effort we see in your campaign dispatch equal to the effort we should expect from you as a Minister? It seems like you put thought into it but not that much time or energy.
For that first question, I will be releasing a campaign dispatch either later today or tomorrow morning.
Well for that second question. I know that I messed up as the Minister of Internal Affairs. But I can say one thing for sure. I will not pull a mistake like that again. I was only a beginner in politics here in the FNR. I have learned a lot and I'll make sure that what I did my first time as a minister will never happen again.
Great. Feel free to ping me here or on discord (Mangegneithe#3881) once itís out.
Then the question is simple: how do you ensure accountability on your campaign and if so, your new term as minister?
1.. Ooh one of my favorite parts - asking about your qualifications. Yadda yadda yadda numbers and words yadda yadda yadda what have these positions taught you in the way of leadership and how have they prepared you specifically for the Ministry of Immigration?
2.. That purple is so goddamn aesthetically pleasing you may have won my vote with it.
3.. Apart from the incentives that you mentioned, is there any other way you will encourage activity within the Ministry? Do you think that these same methods will continue to be valid, or do you think they will eventually become monotonous for recruiters rather than new and exciting incentives?
3.. You need all the hands you can get your hands on (pun very much intended thank you very much please laugh). Will you be recruiting to the Ministry as well as to the region? What kind of methods will you use for this, if so? If not, why?
4.. Do you intend to modify the recruitment or welcome telegrams any further? If so, how will they be changed and what is the reasoning behind each change? If not, why not?
