The government of The North Sea Federation will be attending the summit via 13 representatives. In collaboration with this summit, The North Sea Federation requests the creation of an international body that is to ensure the follow of the proper procedures of law, whether it be maritime law, or it be laws defining and prosecuting war crimes.

Your request is noted, and your delegates will be free to propose the foundation of such a body at the summit.
