  • The card's attack is determined by the weaponization stat.

  • The card's HP is determined by the health stat.

  • Other abilities are determined by being high in certain stats or having certain policies, but you can only have one ability chosen.

Update:
As much as I still want to do this, I can't. The NS API can't get data of CTEd nations, so it wouldn't work with some cards. So I'm thinking this, because I need to get data from the actual card:

  • All cards have the same base HP and damage, but they can be affected by other things, such as which stats the card displays the nation being high in.

  • The stats the card displays the nation being high in create abilities for the card.

That's what I'm thinking right now. The only numerical stat I can get is population, but using that for something would be legitimately kinda unfair.
