THE TROPICAL DEBRIEF

A new member washes up on the shores of Government Island ^_^

Welcome to a new Legislator in the Assembly, Kerlodia!

News!

The vote to amend Article 3 of the Elections Act has passed the Assembly. The amendment changed the method used in voting from IRV to Approval Voting. It also stipulated that more than two candidates can now move from the forum round to the regional poll round; potentially allowing for a greater contest in future elections.

The final tally is 37 in favour, 10 in opposition, with 6 abstaining. (http://tspforums.xyz/thread-6754.html)

Before this amendment is enacted, the gameside community will decide whether to approve it. The Local Council have been notified and Islanders can expect a poll on the matter shortly.
