After months of oppression and being outcast from civil life, the Outcast Solists in the Kingdom of Sol have begun to engage in united strikes against the nation's police and military forces. Having been forced out of their cities, many of the outcasts found refuge with the Desęrvt Nomads, which have reportedly been spotted aiding in the attacks. Already, several of the Kingdom's military vehicles have been commandeered or destroyed by the outcasts, who have steadily formed a centralized authority around a cloaked figure known as "The Baker," a former cake shop owner who lost their daughter during their ejection from Forty-One. The Baker, following a brief riot in Vernacularberg that saw the Kingdom's Chancellor splattered with eggs, has made it clear to Kingdom's government that his people will not cease their attacks until religious freedom is fully restored to the Kingdom of Sol.
Solar King Ddę'Weaoleier has responded to the attacks with ferocity, issuing an edict to police and military forces to execute The Baker's conspirators on sight. As a further show of force, any known Evven Solists currently residing in the Kingdom's cities have now been forbidden from leaving their houses, with some communities choosing to forcefully board up the outcasts' homes to prevent them from sneaking out. Further harassment of Evvenist has occurred even outside of travel banned enforced areas. Vernacularberg has shown to be the most extreme area, where Evvenists have begun to be publically assaulted, often in full view of authorities.

RP: Dismissed Claims
The Trans-Schismian government has continued to dismiss claims of a lone Wolfinite roaming the countryside, stating that while sightings have continued to be reported by private investigators, there has been no further supporting photographic evidence. Consul Ejochn, in response to Icewindia's and the 
Werewolf Islands's request to send an expedition stated in a press conference,
"We've had enough issues with private investigators like the CCCP running amok and creating a scare about somethin' that just don't exist. The last thing this little fad needs is a government agency, foreign or otherwise, gettin' involved." The Consul paused a moment before continuing, "But, given the nature and potential threat that this could issue, I will accept limited involvement with the WIPIA if it puts this nonsense to rest. . ."
As such, the Republic of Trans-Schismia has allowed for WIPIA to cooperate with the government agents currently investigating the Spoon Cave. A few members of the Cathar Crypted Capture Party have also been invited into the investigation.
RP: Contact
A small patrol vessel on the coast of Moonflower had detected a large submarine entering coastal waters. The soldiers on board made contact with the sub and, upon finding they were damaged, had no intention for violence, and getting orders from Moonflower City, they allowed them to dock at the port city of Duskville and for their ambassador to be escorted to Moonflower City to speak with Empress Sparkling Snow.
RP: New Foreigners
As these Gāgnatradzā left to their home, the Shaman-King started to ponder if this influx of foreigners would keep arriving and if so, what were they going to be looking for. Although the Dzē aren't distrustful of foreigners, the Shaman-King acknowledges that they can't be fully trusted either. However, he keeps insisting that for the moment, the Dzē will have to play friendly...for the moment.

RP: Contact! - Pastel-Coloured talking ponies...?
The Carrier Submarine was never meant to get this close to ships so the Emergency telescope on board was not ranged for that close however the Captain described pastel blurs on board small blurry ship. The Captain of Large Crusier Submarine stated over radio they could not follow as they needed an Submarine Dock and a Special One at that. Captain stated they would send there own Ambassador in one of the two Amphibious Armored Personnel Carrier's aka AAPC in short to the nearby City of Duskville. However Captain also mentioned that on board AAPC's were Soldiers.
The Carrier Submarine Surfaces mainly due to being forced due to shallow depth. Two Amphibious APC's exit through the delicate launch cables and platform breaking that a bit with there wheels etc... but it did not matter as there was no Hydro Jets in storage just them and crampt space. The Sunlight was bright on Drivers eyes through the ports. Yet the light would flicker once they dive off side into water then back onto surface floating. The AAPC's moved towards beach away from Carrier Submarine and once in shallow water to where wheels touch ground the Drivers change gear from Amphibious propellers to wheels on AAPC that gain traction on beach and begin to move inland. The Diplomat Aboard contacted Soldiers in two AAPC's to be cautious on there next move.
Once in Duskville when greeted by Moonflower City (assuming its Police and Officials) they stop AAPCS. The Lead Driver retorted that some Equestrian Animal was outside blocking them. The Diplomat ordered the Expedition mainly of Soldiers of 22 including himself to exit out. As they went face to face with the locals, namely ponies. Diplomat noted they were smaller then them, but bulkier, in pastel colors. The Diplomat thought the locals looked as surprised as us as we are to them but he couldent really be sure to what they actually thought, but after a brief moment the Icewindian Diplomat along with NCO walked forward the NCO asking "Do you speak Common?" and so Contact had been made.
Even with this incredible excitement to find another sentient species on Kalrania, it also comes down to the meeting itself in Moonflower City.

Fires rip through forests. They burn and destroy all in their path; any flora they find, they incinerate. The flames wrap tightly around every facet of the land. Every poor creature and critter is affected. In its wake, in the trail of destruction, a charred land remains. The ash-covered ground forms a bleak landscape. The now scorched soil, however, will weather the brief but harsh affair. Fires burn out, and rain will once again soak the land.
From the sodden soil, a flower's seed flourishes. Its stem climbs the air, reaching ever-closer to the sun it longs for. Its bud develops; meristem giving rise to the elegant petals they're cherished for. All the while a hidden but vital process takes place in the drab ground - roots take hold, gripping the clay tightly, firmly planting the flower in its place as it develops.
The Saturnine Times left their mark on the land. No doubt, they would be remembered for decades or centuries to come. The contents of its memory, however, was anyone's guess. Whether as an event which heralded the fall of Evacasia, or a tale of the people's willingness to overcome adversity, was unknown.
Lukas Stresemann was an unknown. The Kaiser's chosen Economics Minister had no background in administration, he had merely been a business man and close friend of August. His burst onto the scene came with a bang however, as he announced the Kaiserwerke and Kriegswerke. Programs to guide Evacasia out of ruin and into prosperity. They have been ongoing for around 2 years now, and Stresemann has proven to the people his prowess.
The crowning achievement of the Kaiserwerke was being unveiled in the Pforzheim outskirts. Stresemann stood atop a mountain of marble, at a towering podium overlooking the concourse of journalists and fervorous citizens. Directly behind him was a steel sphere, a hollow globe monument of Kalrania, roughly 94m in diameter. The sun peered through it, enveloping Stresemann, coating him in an almost blinding light.

With monorails whizzing overhead, it is clear the Technopole is more than what it appears to the eye. It symbolizes the end of the Saturnine Times. It symbolizes a new era of Evacasian prosperity. It marks the end of the Kaiserwerke, and the beginning of Evacasia's rise to global power and influence.

RP: Curious Nation
After meeting Hemlock made some calls to King Regent and King Regent agreed to what Hemlock had negotiated. An Embassy will be set up in Wolfengrad and a Icewindian Embassy in City of Moonflower. While both parties liked the idea of a trade agreement and both agreed to make an economical agreement the details of said agreement have yet to be hashed out. A Future Meeting is scheduled and the time is currently unknown but it is known that Foreign Minister Molotov is suppose to set the time.
King Regent Wallace is open to the Empress to speak to her any time within Icewindia. It seems Icewindia has taken great interest in this small nation.
RP Election Results:
The Empire of Gora has officially announced its new Vice Garzo. With the Empire’s people have voted in record numbers and change in the horizon. Garvo De Grandia has officially taken the Oath of Empire and is the 107th Vice President of Gora. With the Party of Gloria now in power, the other parties have begun their bids for power in the Cordial Courts. The isolationist party while having lost the Vice Garzo race has also risen through the ranks becoming one of the most powerful political forces within Gora and may lead to some policy changes for Gora in the future. The public ceremony will take place next month, but already military parades have been ordered to match through the streets as is tradition. While the Great Garzo de Grandia maintains the separation of the royal family from partisan politics he has congratulated Vice Garzo Garvo for his election to the Vice Garzoancy.
RP: Cheap Steel
Due to the nation not using coal as a product, and the recent discovery of several iron ore rich areas, steel will be cheaper. The nation will produce more pig iron and refined iron, and use the coal to create carbon for steel production. Steel production in Kynthes is expected to skyrocket in the next 10 years, and weapon production and vehicles will be cheaper for the military, and civilians. May Kynthes ever prosper!
RP: Machine
The Republic will commission a new design for a cheap robot whose purpose is to kill all non-ally-tagged people. It is to efficiently eliminate enemies in an area. However, they will require funding, and we are happy to do it.

RP: Delegation
Being busy with "local religious matters", the Arch Pope has delegated the meeting with the Icewindians to the high-priestess of Ameria, who can allegedly explain the Sievi situation better due to her looking into the matter more closely.
She has also been given the right to give an official statement regarding the Hemlock situation as best as she can. She would begin making her way to Icewindia in order to discuss the issue with the local religious leaders personally.
On another note President Stormberg would offer sending a CKG investigation unit to further look into the terrorist issue as the Icewindians are clearly not capable or willing to put in the resources to stop the terrorists.
RP: Great news!
With the news of the approval for the embassies reaching Demira, a plot of land on the northern side of St. Verimaa has been reserved for the 
Schwypians in order to construct said embassy. A couple of Demiran construction companies, Tmi. Puuhamies and Rakenne Corp. have offered their services of designing and building the embassy building as either main contractors or if not possible, as subcontractors for some Schwypian company.
RP: Relations
The Demiran ministry of foreign affairs has sent their delegates to meet the Basar representatives. Hopefully the Federation would be more capable of forming these long-wanted ties than the Imperiumi was.

With the Demirans not having a reaction to Agent 0's new employment as one of the accountants for the Selkämä high-security prison and Agent 0 successfully locating the Von Brauns, planning for a prison break would begin in the inner circle of the Pirun Nyrkki.

RP: The Great Unity?
Given that Wallace Patience has ran out the high-priestess of Ameria arrival to Icewindia has provided the relief Icewindians were looking for. Unfortunately for Archpope the Icewindian Media is presenting her arrival not just to resolve the Hemlock situation and clarify Sievi but also Resolve the Esolda and Lyca situation. There is already rumors of Anti-Pope floating around.... So it seems high-priestess of Ameria is about to play a big role in fate of Shinism.
Wallace and Icewindian Branch are in Aurora in Head Temple where they await high-priestess of Ameria arrival to the Capital.

RP: Emerging From Under
The Owls have emerged again to an unfamiliar world. Military units have been sent to the surface to scout the surface but was attacked by other Owls? After subduing the attackers and studying their language it has been determined that the old colony on the surface fell into anarchy. South Eathern would return to see the Sun once again.
Contact with the Natives
After establishing a base, they were attacked by an army of medieval soldiers, with the difference of technologies the aggressors suffered a massacre estimating at least 25k dead. The surface Owls for now would be called Larsen-Owls as their collective nation is called the Holy Larsenborg Empire. A meeting would be called within the South Easthern counsel to determine the course of action, whether a diplomatic solution would be achievable or total war.

RP: The Great Escape
The 60,000 Windardian soldiers tasked with hunting down the remaining Socialists, led by Atric Lezel, have come across a strange pattern. In the northern highlands, there have been multiple run ins with small Socialist forces, usually numbering about 100. At first, the Nationalists were confused by this, but they have realized these small skirmishes are intended to slow down the Nationalist forces in order to buy time for the Socialist leadership to escape. Lezel has deduced they plan to exile themselves to Homo sapiens neanderthalensis to avoid capture. With this information, Lezel plans to cross the mountains on Windardia's border with the primal lands.
RP : A brief talk
The ambassador sent to Icewindia has only had a brief discussion before being shortly redirected to another nation on the opposite side of the megacontinent. It is regarded as a failure by the Pryvis Vitakar's plans but contacts sympathetic to their cause are not-so easily gained, especially when they are operating as a covert group.

RP: Conservative Downturn
To say that the conservative King's Party was troubled was an understatement, a great one even. The once dominating political party has began to fracture underneath the pressure that has been continuously applied to the party. For decades, TKP has been the dominant force of Concordaian politics, being the political arm of the monarchy and thus holding tremendous power. Despite their association with the monarchy and their survival over turbulent events, such as the Insurrection, TKP seems to be facing an insurmountable challenge. Coupled with Chief Castellan's choice to withdrawal Concordaian forces following a crippling battle defeat, the issue of interspecies politics and economic stagnation has been forefront in the attention of Concordaians. TKP's pragmatic approaches to these issues have drawn ire from the citizenry who viewed such policies as slow and not doing enough. There has been a drastic fall in TKP's popularity and the Social Democratic Union has drastically exploded in growth. Many TKP members have been abandoned the party, joining pre-existing minor political parties, creating new groups, or even joining the SDU. It is expected that High King Ademar will address this decline of confidence in the King's Party in a speech in the coming months.
RP: Diplomacy
Following a positive reaction by the Queen, Chief Castellan Ademar has dispatched the diplomat Lawrence Lasky to act on behalf of the Concordaian government in the coming talks. Lasky has acknowledged his role and has expressed an interest in fostering strong relations between the two nations.
RP: Acceptance
The Concordaian government and Navy have signed off on such endeavors in order to strengthen Vacoulian ties.
RP: New Relations
Vennos has shown interest in establishing diplomatic and economic ties with Kynthes, and looks forward to working together. The nation has also heard that Concordaia has reached out to offer free trade and exchange of embassies. The government of Vennos is interested in building economic ties with its neighbors and the government is in favor of constructing embassies between the two nations.
RP: Fishing Solution
After Kaldis Raulis has went to Basaran, he has come back to Venetia and has begun working with Venetian Parliament to put the new fishing regulations to practice. Vennos has also worked out a trade agreement with Basaran, infrastructure projects to help bring the two nations closer together and has agreed to allow visa-free access for citizens of Basaran to stay in Vennos for as long as they'd like (although they will not be able to gain Vennosian citizenship). With all that mentioned, Vennos has reserved a plot of land in Venetia for Basaran to construct their embassy in.
