Tiffany couldn’t sell out a mall unless there was a Tower Records there selling the Electric Youth album.

Also Taru’s are slaves to the true master race, Mithras!

Elvaan 4 life.

Was it true they turned you down for a milli vanilli part because you were to good at lip syncing?

No that was Volaworand. He was also kicked off the set of a Culture Club video because he kept trying on Boy George’s outfits.

I do have a restraining order from Billy Joel though because no matter what he says he did start the fire and I have the pictures to prove it.

HYPE

It's that time of year...
It's time to
Vote Beepee for Delegate!

I got a nomination from Roavin and I thought...
why thank you! How lovely!

And

Why do I think I'd be good, I've got energy and a clean bill of health from the doctor so I'm not going to die (yet)...

I last ran a year ago and I got to the grand final runoff against the most incredible delegate ever Erinor. And I was like...

Now, I didn't win, but it was such a good experience. Like, the best experience.

So now, with your help, it's time for me to go one step further and be the Delegate you deserve.

Like all good campaigns, I have a plan... to follow on from the good work of Aumeltopia and remain awesome.

You might think...

Is that it?

Yep....the Delegate is the ceremonial head of TSP, and whilst that doesn't mean the position is not important...

We need someone just crazy enough to wear that crown at a jaunty angle, and just sane enough to not let it slip off.

I know,

That's me!

Finally, I personally believe that as Delegate I'd get to do my most favourite thing... look after you all.... having well cared for citizens, who feel welcomed, nourished and supported are our best method for encouraging a strong and sustainable South Pacific. Someone with a range of life experiences who can listen, empathise and guide whilst being even handed and awesome is what we need...

I almost made myself cry....

I'm happy to take your questions.

But in the meantime...

. Vote for Beepee in the election poll here! .

Conflict of Interest

I, Beepee, in line with the requirements of the Elections Act, hereby truthfully declare the following information and conflicts of interest:

My WA and main nation is Beepee, which has resided in TSP since I joined NS.

I have a puppet called Catenham, which is in TSP for doing stuff like drafting LC legislation, TSP games and RP. Otherwise it just sits there and occasionally CTEs.

I am a former TSP ambassador, former MoRA, and Current LC.

Given the above, I believe I have no known conflicts of interest which would affect my ability to run for Delegate of TSP. Should any of the above raise concern, please ask

Level of character development, putting more words into describing her appearance (which received an "upgrade" post-death) than her personality, past, or motivation . . . it's all the same, really.

A woman?

As an engineer?

Oh, you are quite silly. Si-topia was like that once, but now she is in the Auphelia School for Proper Young Ladies and knows her only goals should be to find a man, learn to walk with a stack of books on her head, and eat soup without slurping.

Classes begin at 06:00. Don't be late.

It’s all metaphorical and ultimately represents the struggle of mankind, in which sometimes our issues may appear too attractive for one to confront it, or even consider it an issue at all.

There, there, it’s okay if you’re confused, we’re here to help clear that up. Which part is confusing you, being straight, or being male? Now I know Auphelia has opinions on some things, but we have to help you come to terms with this.

I am confused with Auphelia... she perplexes me.

Please be advised that the Gameside Voting Period for January 2020 Delegate Elections has officially begun.

VOTING PERIOD

The Gameisde Voting Period commenced at 02:30 on the 13th of January, 2020, and will conclude at 02:30 on the Link20th of January, 2020 (UTC).

ELIGIBLE VOTERS

In order to cast a valid ballot, you need to be a Native World Assembly Member (WA nations that possess more Regional Influence in the South Pacific than in any other region).

CANDIDATES

There are two candidates who have advanced from the LinkForumside Voting Round:

page=dispatch/id=1301961

An act establishing elections for office

...

3. Office of the Delegate

(1) The Delegate will be elected in a two-step process, with the Assembly voting on a slate of nominees on the forums, and the top two candidates in that process being voted on by regional poll on-site.

(2) On the first of every January and July, the Assembly will convene for the first round of Delegate elections.
a. Any eligible legislator wishing to run for Delegate may declare their candidacy, and the Assembly will debate the merits of their platform. Any player who has been banned from World Assembly membership will be considered ineligible and any candidate who is later discovered to be banned from World Assembly membership will be immediately disqualified.
b. The campaign and debate period will last one week, after which the Assembly will vote for 3 days.
c. This round of voting for delegate will be conducted using Approval Voting.
d. The two candidates with the highest number of approvals will move to a second round of voting conducted via a poll of Native World Assembly members.
e. Should the voting result in a tie, more than two nations may move onto the second round of voting.

(3) After receiving the top candidates in the forum election, an Election Commissioner will create a week-long regional poll accessible to Native World Assembly members, instructing them to vote for their preferred candidate.
a. A Dispatch containing the campaigns of all candidates will be created to aid voters in their choice.
b. The candidate who wins a majority of the votes will be declared the Delegate-elect.
c. If no candidate wins a majority of votes, the top two candidates will be placed in a runoff election, mimicking the previous round of voting.

(4) The incumbent Delegate will coordinate with the Delegate-elect in transitioning the seat, along with cooperation from the Council on Regional Security. Until the Delegate-elect achieves the most endorsements, the incumbent Delegate will still be responsible for all responsibilities that involve use of Delegate-restricted regional controls.

Not terribly.

Iym winterless wrote:Perhaps... I assume she would love Tsul Honeywar.

If you were to expand on her character a bit more. Right now she is a rough sketch of an entity, fine for the far-off eventual main antagonist of a middling fantasy series, but not enough for anyone to love.

But they are so small and unsatisfying to remove!

Oh, and congratulations on earning my vote. Admittedly, it is largely arbitrary and based on my current whims, given it is my belief that once a pair of candidates has made it through the initial rounds of voting, both are largely equal in relative quality and any distinctions matter in no way.

But still.
