BTW, gypsies, I invited a nation called Bohnertland to join us, and he refused and sent me this TG:

Your people have little political freedoms and few rights. It doesn't matter if you call yourself a monarch, you're a dictator.

Anyone here is certainly free to go elsewhere, so how does that deny anyone political freedom? Sometimes this stuff makes my head spin.

There are two options here. Either it is what Flandarz said and he could not realize that some nations don't represent the user's political views, or he read some bad propaganda saying this region was fascist.

I think Gypsy is just curious as to why you'd use the specific phrasing of "upsets the entire region". Seems like a bit of an attack, but if you say it was supposed to be a joke, then I'd just ask that you remember that intent is a lot harder to present via text than via spoken word.
