§1. DEFINITION
1. The Allied Commander is the individual who controls all member regions through their respective governorships.
2. 2. There is to be no other office in the Augustin Alliance or its subsidiaries with the title of "Allied Commander," nor can the title be held by multiple individuals. However, the Allied Commander may appoint a proxy in their stead should they take a leave of absence.
3. The current Allied Commander is the individual known as “Emiline”.
§2. AUTHORITY
1. The Allied Commander has full discretionary power over all aspects of the Augustin Alliance and its subsidiaries.
2. The Allied Commander may override any decision made in an official capacity within or on behalf of the Augustin Alliance or its subsidiaries.
3. Though not an exhaustive list, actions the Allied Commander may legally take at any time without public justification include the following.
i. Appointing or dismissing an official.
ii. Creating, eliminating, or modifying an office.
iii. Ordering a military operation.
iv. Creating, eliminating, or modifying a regional law or Augustin Alliance policy.
v. Levying sanctions upon a region.
vi. Banning an individual.
vii. Adding or removing a member region to or from the Augustin Alliance.
4. The Allied Commander must exercise reason, restraint, and consideration for the well-being of all residents of Augustin Alliance member regions while invoking this policy.
§3. RESPONSIBILITY
1. The Allied Commander must maintain the governorship of each member region and assist as needed by the government.
2. The Allied Commander must advise and train the residents of member regions in the workings of NationStates and the best ways to operate a system of government, enforce rules, recruit, interact with other regions, and conduct all essential regular business; until such time that the residents propagate this knowledge through future generations.
3. The Allied Commander must help develop and maintain infrastructure that enables the residents of member regions to easily and efficiently accomplish tasks for the betterment of their regions and the Augustin Alliance.
4. The Allied Commander must strive to protect the residents of member regions from those who would seek to do them real-world harm through the medium of NationStates and Augustin Alliance offsite properties.
§4 TRANSFER OF POWER
1. Should the Allied Commander retire or otherwise need to relieve themselves of duty, a transfer of power may be necessary.
2. The Allied Commander should notify the Central Strategic Committee ahead of time so that the necessary preparations can be addressed. The Central Strategic Committee, in collaboration with the retiring Allied Commander and the designated successor, will develop a comprehensive transition plan.
3. The retiring Allied Commander will work closely with the designated successor to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and expertise.
4. Once the successor has been selected and the transition plan is in place, the Central Strategic Committee will make a public announcement regarding the change in leadership.
5. The retiring Allied Commander will hand over the governorship of the Augustin Alliance regions to the successor via the Successor and abdication process provided on website.

§1. ELIGIBILITY
1. To be considered a member of the Augustin Alliance, a region must meet both of the following criteria.
i. The Allied Commander must possess sole control of its Governor nation.
ii. It must be designated a member by the Central Strategic Committee.
2. The Augustin Alliance does not accept applications for membership.
3. The Augustin Alliance and its subsidiaries may control any number of colonies and outposts, which include--but are not limited to--regions captured by ARGOS, military jump points, puppet storage facilities, and placeholders. These regions are not considered to be full members.
§2. BENEFITS & OBLIGATIONS
1. Member regions are entitled to the following benefits.
i. Each region will receive roles and channels on the Augustin Alliance Discord server, providing the region's residents with access to a larger, active community and the supervision of the server's moderation team.
ii. Each region's official dispatches will be centrally maintained, allowing each region to provide up-to-date information with minimal effort.
iii. Each region will be protected by ARGOS should it come under military attack from a foreign power.
iv. Each region will be permitted to use Augustin Alliance offsite infrastructure.
2. Member regions commit to the following obligations.
i. Should a member region come under military attack from a foreign power or be in danger of such an attack, all other members are obligated to provide military support. ARGOS is charged with coordinating this support.
ii. Member regions may not engage in military conflict against each other, directly or by proxy.
iii. Member regions must maintain embassies with all other members, and with the Augustin Alliance region. These embassies must be listed before all others. Embassy RMB posting must be enabled for all residents.
§3. LIMITATIONS
1. Member regions are not permitted to withdraw from the Augustin Alliance.
i. Votes, resolutions, and other such means of deciding upon and executing a withdrawal from the Augustin Alliance will be automatically voided.
ii. A regional official who attempts to evade this policy by constructing alternative alliances or offsite platforms, and solicit other residents or member regions to join these alliances or platforms, may be removed from office by the Central Strategic Committee.
2. Member regions and their residents must abide by all Augustin Alliance policies.
i. A regional statute that contravenes Augustin Alliance policy may be struck down by the Central Strategic Committee.
ii. A regional official who repeatedly and willfully attempts to enact regional statutes that contravene Augustin Alliance policy may be removed from office by the Central Strategic Committee.
iii. An individual resident who violates Augustin Alliance policy is subject to censure, removal from office, or banishment by the Central Strategic Committee, at its officers' discretion, based on history and context.

§1. FREE EXCHANGE
1. No law may be enacted which has the effect or intention of coercing any resident nation to endorse another resident nation.
2. No official may eject, ban, or threaten to eject or ban a resident nation for endorsing or refusing to endorse another resident nation.
§2. POSITIVE DEFAULT
1. Endorsements are to be encouraged, such that nations are endorsed by default and endorsements are withdrawn to indicate disapproval, rather than non-endorsement being the default and endorsements being granted to indicate approval.
§3. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
1. Region-wide telegrams sent with Communications authority may not request that residents endorse or withdraw endorsements from specific nations.
2. An official may, in his capacity as an official, encourage the exchange of endorsements in general.
3. A delegate may, in his capacity as the delegate, encourage residents to endorse him.

§1. EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY
1. The delegate of each member region is to possess full executive authority, without exception.
2. The delegate of each member region is to be a Tier One official.
§2. SELECTION
1. No election for the position of WA delegate may be officially sanctioned by any region. Any such elections shall be considered illegitimate and non-binding.
2. No official may make a statement, in his capacity as an official, which has the effect or intention of preventing or discouraging a resident nation from seeking the delegate position.
3. An official may, in his capacity as a resident, make a statement that encourages or discourages other residents from seeking the delegate position, or exchanging endorsements.
§3. REMOVAL
1. A delegate who demonstrates irresponsibility with their authority onsite will be subject to penalties from the Central Strategic Committee.
i. Mass ejection of nations without cause may result in the loss of Border Control authority.
2. A delegate who demonstrates irresponsibility with their authority offsite will be subject to penalties from the Central Strategic Committee.
i. Exposing confidential information to unauthorized parties may result in the loss of access to confidential channels.
ii. Abuse of channel management permissions may result in the loss of those permissions.
3. Especially egregious or repeated offenses may result in the removal of the delegate from office, whereupon the second-most endorsed nation in the region will become the delegate.
§4. OUTLYING REGIONS
1. The delegate positions of non-member regions controlled by the Augustin Alliance and its subsidiaries may be set as non-executive.

ARGOS Regulations
ARGOS Information
§1. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS OF ARGOS
1. The Alliance Regional Guard and Operational Service (ARGOS) is the only organization authorized to conduct military or diplomatic operations in the name of the Augustin Alliance.
2. ARGOS is the only organization authorized to conduct military operations in the name of any Augustin Alliance member region, recruit among the residents of member regions, or operate within member regions.
§2. ALIGNMENT
1. ARGOS is classified as a defender organization.
2. Its personnel will limit their military engagement to the following items:
i. Intelligence collection.
ii. Cooperation with other defenders.
iii. Liberations.
iv. Defenses.
v. Pre-emptive piling to prevent or mitigate a raid.
3. The sole purpose of these operations is to defend the Augustin Alliance, her territories, and her interests.
4. ARGOS is obligated to defend Alliance regions and territories.
5. ARGOS is obligated to defend Alliance-wide allies with whom there is a mutual defense pact.
§3. MEMBERSHIP
1. A member of ARGOS must be an Augustin Alliance resident.
2. Signing up for ARGOS shall require registration with each member region's Reserve Legionnaire.
§4. REGULATIONS
1. ARGOS is governed by its Regulations, which are set by the Defense Officer.
2. These policies supersede the Regulations where they conflict.
§5. REPRISAL
1. Should any member region or territory come under direct attack by another organization, after initial attempts to secure the region are made, that organization will be approached by the Diplomatic Officer, who will demand a withdrawal of troops and a full apology.
2. If this request is denied, the Diplomatic Officer should exhaust all opportunities to seek a peaceful outcome that preserves the sovereignty and dignity of the Augustin Alliance and its subsidiaries. At no time should any capitulation be expected on the part of the Augustin Alliance.
3. Finally, should the offending organization show complete unwillingness to cooperate, ARGOS will be authorized to proceed with further defensive and tactical measures.
4. War shall be considered declared only upon a full unanimous vote of the Central Strategic Command.
5. During wartime, the Defense Officer may appoint up to five tactical advisors in addition to the Allied Commander to serve as the Allied Military Command.
§6. REGIONAL GUARD
1. Each region shall have a Regional Guard, led by a reserve legionnaire from that region. The manner of determination of the reserve legionnaire for each region shall be set out by the law of that region.
2. Each region's registration process for the Regional Guard shall be set out by the law of that region, but must be regular in form, non-discriminatory, and consistently updated.
3. The reserve legionnaire shall in each region update the rosters of reserve soldiers upon receipt of registrations and send said rosters to the Defense Officer for registration upon approval.
4. When reserve soldiers are activated, they are Alliance soldiers first, reflecting what should be relative sparing use of ARGOS reserves for only the most dire of circumstances, and will be required to fly their rank flag on all puppets operated for military purposes during activation.
5. Members are encouraged to consider external commitments before registering, as they will be expelled from the Alliance if they are required to operate under another flag against the Alliance.
6. The Regional Guard may only be deployed in defense of an Alliance region, territory, or an ally under a mutual defense pact.

List of official positions, sorted by sector and tier
§1. TIERS
1. Each official position in the Augustin Alliance is assigned a Tier.
i. Tiers are numbered zero through four, where zero is the most senior and four is the least.
ii. No official positions are in Tier Zero, which is reserved for the Allied Commander and Founder, or Tier Four, which contains all non-official residents.
iii. All delegates are to be in Tier One, though not all positions in Tier One are delegates.
iv. Tiers standardize each position against every other positions across the organization.
2. Each resident of the Augustin Alliance member regions belongs to exactly one Tier, which is the highest Tier of the official positions he holds.
§2. VISITORS
1. An individual without a nation in any Augustin Alliance member region is classified as a Visitor or a Dignitary and does not have a Tier.
i. An individual who is a governor, delegate, or regional officer in a region with at least thirty WA nations is classified as a Dignitary.
ii. Any other individual is classified as a Visitor.

§1. DEFINITION
1. Multiple nations controlled by a single player are referred to as puppets.
§2. PROHIBITION
1. No individual may control more than one nation in the Augustin Alliance member regions.
2. The following exceptions apply.
i. The governor and founder nations of member regions are permitted to remain, despite being controlled by the same individual.
ii. Puppets that were moved into Augustin Alliance member regions before this policy took effect and have accumulated enough influence to be placed in the top five percent of the world are permitted to remain.
iii. Puppets that are used solely for recruitment are permitted to remain, with the express permission of the Central Strategic Committee's Personnel Officer.
iv. An Administrator or the Allied Commander grants an exemption.
3. The Central Strategic Committee may order a delegate to eject puppets found to be in violation of this policy.

List of banned individuals
§1. DEFINITION
1. For this purpose, a ban is the removal and permanent barring of an individual from all Augustin Alliance properties, onsite and offsite, without the option for an appeal.
2. Such a ban can only be issued by the Allied Commander or the Augustin Alliance moderation team and may not be overturned by any other authority.
3. An individual may be banned from any number of member regions, the Augustin Alliance Discord server, or other properties, without meriting a full ban under this policy.
§2. CIRCUMSTANCES
1. An individual who has brought harm upon or poses a threat to the integrity, reputation, or safety of the Augustin Alliance and its residents may be subject to a ban.
2. Bans may not have political, in-character, or personal justifications.
§3. PROCEDURE
1. To issue a ban, the moderation team must first conduct an investigation of the individual using all available evidence, then make a collective decision to ban the individual.
2. The moderation team must then determine a risk level for the individual, which can be Low, Medium, or High.
i. Low-risk individuals may be contacted by member region residents.
ii. Medium-risk individuals may not be contacted by member region residents, and attempts at contact from the banned individual should be ignored. Violations, as determined by the moderation team, may result in a loss of official positions or removal from Augustin Alliance offsite properties, depending on circumstance.
iii. High-risk individuals may not be contacted by member region residents, and attempts at contact from the banned individual should be reported to the moderation team. Violations, as determined by the moderation team, will usually result in removal from Augustin Alliance offsite properties or an outright ban, depending on circumstance.
3. The Administrator must publish the individual's name in the Individual Bans dispatch and announce the ban publicly. The amount of detail included in the announcement is at the Administrator's discretion.
4. To overturn a ban, the moderation team must review the old and new evidence and determine that the old evidence is falsified, no longer relevant, or superseded by the new evidence, then make a collective decision to overturn the ban.

List of sanctioned regions
§1. DEFINITION
1. For this purpose, sanctions are specific retaliatory or preventive measures taken by the Augustin Alliance against an individual or region.
2. Sanctions may only be issued by the Central Strategic Committee.
§2. CIRCUMSTANCES
1. An individual or region who has brought harm upon or poses a threat to the Augustin Alliance, its member regions, allies of its member regions, or the world at large may be subject to sanctions.
2. Sanctions may not have real-world ethical justifications.
§3. PROCEDURE
1. Sanctions must be proposed to all officials in the Augustin Alliance by the Central Strategic Committee. This proposal must include the identity of the target and the measures to be taken against that target.
2. The proposal may take effect if it receives unanimous approval from the member regions.
i. All Tier One officials may vote, with their vote counting for their member region of residence.
ii. Should multiple Tier One officials from the same region cast conflicting votes, a vote in favor will supersede the others.
iii. All votes must be received within five days. Should any region fail to provide at least one vote from a Tier One official within five days, they will be excluded and only the votes of the other member regions will be considered.
iv. An official may cast a vote of abstention, which will be equivalent to failing to provide a vote, as per §3.2.iii. This may be done to accelerate the decision process when one member region wishes to be uninvolved.
3. With the approval of the member regions, the Central Strategic Committee may impose the sanctions.
4. The Central Strategic Committee may overturn sanctions at any time.
§4. MEASURES
1. Sanctions against an individual may include some or all of the following measures.
i. Banning the individual from member regions and offsite platforms.
ii. Voting against WA proposals authored by the individual or intended to Commend or Condemn the individual.
iii. Taking military or diplomatic action against regions that harbor the individual.
iv. Taking military action against regions founded by the individual.
2. Sanctions against a region may include some or all of the following measures.
i. Cross-membership ban. A resident of a member region may not hold citizenship or other formal membership in the sanctioned region.
ii. Onsite travel ban. A resident of a member region may not may move a nation to the sanctioned region, and no nation may move from the sanctioned region to a member region, without first publicly renouncing their previous region. Nations founded within the previous fourteen days are exempt.
iii. Offsite travel ban. A resident of a member region may not join a forum, Discord server, or other offsite platform belonging to the sanctioned region, and no member of the sanctioned region may join an offsite platform belonging to the Augustin Alliance or its subsidiaries.
iv. Offensive military action against the sanctioned region, its allies and protectorates, and its own military operations.
v. Recruitment targeted at the sanctioned region.
3. Violations of travel and cross-membership bans will be met with bans from the particular member region or offsite platform where the violation occurred.
i. A resident of a member region who violates the provisions of a specific sanction will receive a warning and sufficient time for correction, followed by a ban if no correction is made.
ii. A resident of a sanctioned region who violate the provisions of a specific sanction will receive a ban with no warning.
iii. Bans applied under §4.2 will expire when the sanction is lifted; or, in the case of a resident of a sanctioned region, when their residency or citizenship in that region is lost.

§1. IMPLIED CONFIDENTIALITY
1. The following areas carry an implication of confidentiality because of their restricted access.
i. Government channels, which are those marked "for official use only."
ii. Private messages between officials.
iii. Moderation and administration channels.
2. Joint Task Force channels are confidential by definition, but are not protected by this policy because the Joint Task Force enforces its own security policies.
§2. RELEASE OF INFORMATION
1. Information retrieved from a confidential area may not be transmitted outside of that area unless one or more of the following conditions are met.
i. The information is being transmitted between two parties who have access to the original source of the information.
ii. The original source of the information is public.
iii. The information is of no consequence to the Augustin Alliance or any of its subsidiaries.
iv. The individual transmitting the information is authorized to do so as part of his duties--eg, an executive official announcing a round of appointments that was previously discussed in a government channel.
2. An individual who releases confidential information not covered by the conditions in §2.1 may be censured, have their access to confidential channels revoked, or be removed from their position by the Central Strategic Committee.

§1. PLATFORM EXCLUSIVITY
1. The Augustin Alliance Discord server is the only official offsite platform of the Augustin Alliance and all its subsidiaries, including member regions, the Joint Task Force, and outlying regions.
i. This server has the ID 224112450302246922. Any other server that claims to house the Augustin Alliance is an unauthorized imitation.
ii. This is the only Augustin Alliance Discord server that has ever existed. Any other server that claims to have housed the Augustin Alliance previously is an unauthorized imitation.
iii. Between the dates of August 15th, 2017 and May 25th, 2018, the Augustin Alliance was disbanded, the server was closed, and the member regions were permitted to operate their own servers. These servers are now archived and no longer official.
iv. Between the dates of February 23rd, 2016 and August 16th, 2018, Conch Kingdom operated a series of forums. These forums are now archived due to the absorption of their host companies by Tapatalk, and are no longer official.
2. An offsite platform created by a resident of a member region may be advertised within the Augustin Alliance if it meets the following criteria.
i. It is intended for regional business, such as roleplay or a political party.
ii. Such platforms may be advertised within the Augustin Alliance if they have been approved by the Central Strategic Committee or the moderation team and one member of either body is present on that platform.
3. No Discord servers or forums other than those mentioned in §1.1 and §1.2 may be advertised anywhere in the Augustin Alliance, in public or in private, without specific permission from a moderator.
§2. RULE ENFORCEMENT
1. The rules of the Augustin Alliance Discord server are listed in the Offsite dispatch.
2. The Augustin Alliance moderation team, also listed in the Offsite dispatch, is charged with enforcing these rules in every area of the server.
3. The moderation team is led by the Administrator, who makes all final decisions regarding the appointment and removal of moderators.

§1. EXTENDED ABSENCES
1. In the event that the Governor nation ceases to exist or the Allied Commander is otherwise wholly absent for an extended period of time, the “Administrator I” may act with the full authority of the Allied Commander.
2. Officials of member regions are directed to reassure residents of the stability of the Augustin Alliance, remind them of the importance of maintaining high endorsement and influence levels, and discourage them from leaving their regions.
3. Officials of member regions are not to password or attempt to refound their regions.
4. Delegates of member regions are encouraged to appoint trusted residents as Border Control officers and train them in the use of this authority to halt attacks at update.
5. Ownership of the Governor nations will not be transferred under any circumstances.
§2. PREVENTING ATTACKS
1. Border Control officers in member regions must remain vigilant at every update. These officers are encouraged to take shifts.
2. Officials of member regions, in conjunction with the Joint Task Force, should conduct drills to train Border Control officers and all residents in the proper response to an attack.
§3. MITIGATING ATTACKS
1. In the event of a short-term raid of a member region, officials of all member regions must continually follow the directives of §1.2 and §1.3.
2. In the event of an occupation of a member region, the Central Strategic Committee will use the systems at its disposal to monitor the occupiers and slow their progress.

§1 DEFINITION
1. There shall be, within the alliance, certain symbols which represent ideologies that shall not be allowed.
2. Symbols that target, or are used by groups that target, a person, group, place, or property with a particular race, color, national origin, ancestry, gender, gender identity or expression, religion, religious practice, age, disability, or sexual orientation shall be subject to this list.
§2 ENFORCEMENT
1. The Central Strategic Committee, or the Administrators acting in concert, will keep an active list to the best of their ability to outline to the members of the alliance the groups or symbols from which are subject to this policy.
2. This list is not exhaustive, and unlisted symbols or groups that have a nature similar to other listed groups may be subject to the same enforcement as listed groups.
3. The regional officials of the Alliance are charged with enforcing these rules in every area of their region.
§3 EXEMPTION
1. Symbols and ideology which shall be covered by this policy shall be evaluated in the context in which they appear.
2. Some instances may be exempt from this policy for cultural, situational, or roleplay reasons.
3. Should a symbol come into question a case shall be made to the Central Strategic Committee who will evaluate the symbol and the context of its use and make a ruling. The ruling of the Central Strategic Committee shall be final and binding.

§1. DEFINITION
1. Harassment is defined for this purpose as repeated incidents of disturbing and offensive behavior exhibited by one individual to another, forming a pattern of undesired contact. The most dangerous methods of harassment are subtle and manipulative, making these patterns hard to detect, and discouraging victims from reporting a problem. Harassment can frequently be psychological, emotional, sexual, or racial in nature, though it appears in many forms.
§2. ACTION
1. The Augustin Alliance takes the issue of harassment seriously in all its forms. Residents are advised to exercise extreme caution in sharing any personally identifying or contact information, even with trusted friends. Residents with evidence of offsite harassment should approach the Allied Commander or Administrator as soon as possible. Threats to our community will be dealt with swiftly and with respect to the privacy of victims.
2. Any harassment taking place on NationStates.net can be addressed by site moderators. Players are strongly encouraged to report genuine cases of harassment taking place through telegrams, RMB posts, puppets, etc, with Getting Help Requests.
3. Any harassment taking place outside of NationStates.net, such as on Discord servers, regional forums, and in real life encounters with other players, cannot be dealt with by site moderators. These cases should be reported to offsite administrators, or to the real life authorities, in very serious cases.

§1. DEFINITION
1. The Founder is the individual who was responsible for creating the original Augustin Alliance regions.
2. The founder is the individual known as “August”
§2 ROLE
1. He is honored as the founding father and holds a ceremonial post within the alliance. The Founder's role is primarily advisory and does not entail any formal responsibilities, except for providing guidance and expertise based on his experience.
2. No other office in the Augustin Alliance or its subsidiaries shall bear the title of "Founder," nor can this title be held by multiple individuals or transferred.

§1. ELECTIONS
1. Regular elections to the Tribunate shall occur every three months, lasting for forty-eight (48) hours, ending on the first (1st) of every month that is divisible by three (3), with one of three seats being subject to election in each election, such that each seat's regular term is nine months.
i. Residents may apply to be listed on the ballot up to one week before a regular election.
ii. Regular elections shall consist of all nations with WA or ARGOS deployed status being sent telegrams asking two questions: (A) Recall [insert tribune's name]? (Yes/No) (B) If [insert tribune's name] is recalled, who would you prefer to serve in their place? (Rank as many options as you like); this shall be regulated by the Central Strategic Committee.
iii. All votes for question (B) shall be subject to simple elimination ranked choice voting until one candidate has over fifty percent (50%) of the votes, in the case that question (A) is answered with yes on more than fifty percent (50%) of ballots; ballots with question (A) unfilled will be presumed to be "no".
iv. If question (A) is answered with yes on less than or equal to fifty percent (50%) of ballots, the incumbent shall remain in office.
iv. Question (A) may be removed from the ballot if the candidate declares they wish not to run again.
2. Special elections to the Tribunate shall occur synchronously with the next regular election, and the CSC remaining tribunes shall appoint a temporary replacement who may not run for the special election.
i. Residents may apply to listed on the ballot up to the day before a special election, unless that election aligns with its seat's regular election.
ii. If the concurrent regular election's question (A) is answered yes, and the special election does not align with its seat's regular election, two candidates shall be chosen from (B) according to elimination ranked choice voting where two options remain, with the candidate with less votes being assigned to the special seat.
iii. If either the seat is holding its regular election with the special election (including the seat's incumbent not running again), or the concurrent regular election's question (A) is not answered yes, one candidate shall be chosen via simple elimination ranked choice voting to fill the special seat.
3. Upon election, a candidate must swear or affirm the following oath, with an administrator overseeing the oath: "I do solemnly [swear/affirm] that as tribune, I will serve the people of the Augustin Alliance. I will hold its policies with the gravity they deserve, and act impartially in my capacity as tribune. I will preserve our customs and identity for future generations humbly and knowing it is right. I recognize the authority of the Central Strategic Committee and the Allied Commander, and pledge to defend the Alliance from all enemies, foreign and domestic. The Alliance is dead, long live the Alliance."
§2. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Nations elected as tribunes shall field comments from any alliance nation, and shall make good faith efforts to solicit feedback on proposed policy changes.
2. Tribunes may propose amendments to AA policy.
3. Tribunes shall keep track of all dispatches necessary for the smooth functioning of the alliance, and shall coordinate with officials to update dispatches.
4. Tribunes shall implement proposed changes into draft policies for the CSC to review.
5. If a dispute between regions arises, a tribune may be asked to mediate.
6. Tribunes shall determine all forms within the alliance, whether regionally created, created by the CSC, or created by the tribunes out of necessity, and shall keep track of the forms in a central dispatch.
7. Tribunes shall endeavor to promote inclusion within the Augustin Alliance.
8. Tribunes shall help Alliance residents locate appropriate information for any resource within the Alliance.
9. Tribunes shall determine their own procedures internally.
§3. REGULATIONS
1. Tribunes are subordinate to the Central Strategic Committee on policy decisions.
2. Tribunes must submit regular reports of their activity to the public.
3. Tribunes are not qualified to handle information classified above their access as officials in their capacity as tribune, and must adhere to policies on information security.
4. Tribunes must remain impartial, recusing themselves from a situation if necessary.
5. Tribunes must maintain access to the Augustin Alliance offsite properties and engage regularly on onsite message boards.
6. This policy shall not be construed in any way to suggest that Tribunes should in any way take over work from the officials of the several regions.
7. A tribune may not simultaneously serve on the Central Strategic Committee.
