The Colony of YF33 is a titanic, genial nation, renowned for its compulsory military service and irreverence towards religion. The democratic population of 12.881 billion YF33ians hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Defense. The average income tax rate is 16.3%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but inefficient YF33ian economy, worth 497 trillion Citas a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Trout Farming industry, with major contributions from Pizza Delivery, Door-to-door Insurance Sales, and Tourism. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 38,592 Citas, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.1 times as much as the poorest.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. YF33's national animal is the Vippertooth Dragon.

YF33 is ranked 243,962^nd in the world and 1^st in Yorktown Federation for Highest Average Tax Rates, with 16.26 Effective Tax Rate.
