The Unethical Madness of Vinceretius is a gargantuan, cultured nation, ruled by Great Overseer with an iron fist, and notable for its museums and concert halls, aversion to nipples, and avowedly heterosexual populace. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, humorless, devout population of 16.68 billion Vinceretians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The tiny, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Industry. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of The Great Abyss. Income tax is unheard of.

The frighteningly efficient Vinceretian economy, worth a remarkable 7,128 trillion Souls a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Information Technology, Retail, and Uranium Mining. Black market activity is extensive. State-owned companies are common. Average income is an amazing 427,372 Souls, but there is an enormous disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 2,269,145 per year while the poor average 42,524, a ratio of 53.4 to 1.

The government keeps introducing new foreign species to combat the previous ones it has introduced, requests to "pass the salt" are supported by tank divisions, Vinceretius has one of the largest offshore wind farms in the world, and edutainment video games are taking Vinceretius's students to the next level. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, despite the fact that it is difficult to make it through a day without breaking one of the country's many laws. Vinceretius's national animal is the Dementor, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its national religion is Submission.

Vinceretius is ranked 290,104th in the world and 26th in Free Market Federation for Highest Food Quality, scoring 2.8 on the Meeshlin-Starr Index.
