The Worst Cow of TWC is a titanic, efficient nation, remarkable for its irreverence towards religion. The hard-working, cynical population of 11.164 billion TWCians are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

The medium-sized, pro-business government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Healthcare. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 16.6%.

The very strong TWCian economy, worth 550 trillion rupees a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Soda Sales industry, with major contributions from Basket Weaving, Retail, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales. Average income is 49,280 rupees, but there is a significant disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 164,022 per year while the poor average 11,032, a ratio of 14.9 to 1.

Organ donation is compulsory, Harry Potter books are banned, scientists regularly clone human beings for research purposes, and the tools of the trade for landmine clearance appear to be copious amounts of gasoline and a box of matches. Crime is a problem. TWC's national animal is the cow, which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities.

TWC is ranked 152,450^th in the world and 1^st in The western commonwealth for Largest Welfare Programs, scoring 1,007.93 on the Safety Net Mesh Density Rating.
