The Queen's District of Solco is a gargantuan, efficient nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape, avowedly heterosexual populace, and frequent executions. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 46.535 billion Solcoans are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The medium-sized government prioritizes Defense, although Industry and Education are also considered important, while Spirituality and Social Policy aren't funded at all. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of District City. The average income tax rate is 21.5%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The powerhouse Solcoan economy, worth a remarkable 2,514 trillion aurums a year, is led by the Automobile Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Book Publishing, Information Technology, and Retail. Average income is 54,039 aurums, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Teams of painters are converting road signs from horse lengths to kilometers, it is illegal for police officers to carry out searches due to strict privacy laws, Solcoan watches are often the only thing to survive a disaster intact, and Leader is convinced that other nations can simply be "junked" (Solco has found 2 easter eggs). Crime is relatively low. Solco's national animal is the bovina, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

Solco is ranked 198,942^nd in the world and 1^st in Solco for Highest Average Tax Rates, with 21.51 Effective Tax Rate.
