The Colony of SF33 is a titanic, genial nation, notable for its compulsory military service and irreverence towards religion. The democratic population of 14.436 billion SF33ians hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Defense. The average income tax rate is 13.7%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but inefficient SF33ian economy, worth 593 trillion Citas a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Basket Weaving industry, with major contributions from Trout Farming, Uranium Mining, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 41,084 Citas, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.1 times as much as the poorest.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. SF33's national animal is the Vippertooth Dragon.

SF33 is ranked 92,188^th in the world and 1^st in Sereg Farkas for Safest, scoring 86.5 on the Bubble-Rapp Safety Rating.
