The Dominion of Mark Carney is a colossal, genial nation, ruled by Prime Minister with a fair hand, and remarkable for its irreverence towards religion. The tiny, outspoken government prioritizes Welfare, with Education, Healthcare, and International Aid also on the agenda, while Spirituality is ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Dominion City. The average income tax rate is 8.2%.

The strong Mark Carneyian economy, worth 220 trillion gold standard loonies a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Basket Weaving industry, with major contributions from Book Publishing, Door-to-door Insurance Sales, and Gambling. Average income is 64,316 gold standard loonies, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 4.6 times as much as the poorest.
