Fundimental Principles of the DRLC
The following is an extract from the founding text for Lytho-Czecnia, "Principia fundationis et formationis". It's not truly known who wrote this document, however several scholars credit Markus Oskar for the ideals. After the document displays out the Constitution, it explains why the country was formed."Our democratic republic is built on 13 ideals, represented by our 13 stars on our flag.
1) The right to freedom of speech.
2) The will of the people prioritised.
3) The right to self-determination.
4) The understanding of the need for permanent governance.
5) The preservation of human life.
6) The necessity for prevension over rehabilitation, which in turn is over punishment.
7) The absolute refusal to prioritise war.
8) The requirement for transparency.
9) The acceptal of any person into Lytho-Czecnia.
10) The principle of equal responsibility for all areas of life.
11) The seperation of religion and government.
12) The belief in international agreements.
13) The pledge to serve every citizen, to ensure everyone recieves an equal start in life."
