The United Kingdom of Foxly is a colossal, pleasant nation, remarkable for its keen interest in outer space, ritual sacrifices, and compulsory military service. The quiet, industrious population of 4.585 billion Foxlyians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The medium-sized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Administration. The average income tax rate is 34.9%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The Foxlyian economy, worth 177 trillion Delta Eagles a year, is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Automobile Manufacturing, Information Technology, and Cheese Exports. Black market activity is notable. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 38,601 Delta Eagles, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.8 times as much as the poorest.

The dish 'poisson avec poison' is only available on the black market, politicians are often found scavenging bins at night to supplement their income, defense lawyers suggestively note to juries how flagrantly happy victims were, and the government is under the thumb of countless special interests. Crime is relatively low, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Foxly's national animal is the Kitsune, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

Foxly is ranked 98,055^th in the world and 8^th in Alpha Corvus for Most Rebellious Youth, scoring zero on the Stark-Dean Displacement Index.
