The Flowery Fiefdom of Daisiesland is a massive, efficient nation, notable for its parental licensing program, keen interest in outer space, and punitive income tax rates. The hard-nosed, cynical, devout population of 2.326 billion Daisieslandians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The medium-sized, corrupt, moralistic government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Education, and Industry. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 55.2%.

The frighteningly efficient Daisieslandian economy, worth 250 trillion Rosebucks a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a slick, highly efficient black market in Tourism, Information Technology, Arms Manufacturing, and Beef-Based Agriculture. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is an impressive 107,551 Rosebucks, but there is a significant disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 382,044 per year while the poor average 21,819, a ratio of 17.5 to 1.

Tie-dye has been outlawed for being 'too occult', Leader is too busy listening to praise to get any work done, military recruitment numbers are down as citizens object on 'moral grounds', and rumor has it that Leader has won three lotteries in a row. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Daisiesland's national animal is the Flower Dog, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Daisiesland is ranked 70,412th in the world and 9th in Flowerland for Most Eco-Friendly Governments, scoring 1,440.01 on the Dolphin Recycling Awareness Index.
