Not a Discorder? Today is Amateur Radio Day.

Question of the now: if you could start an hour-long radio segment, what would you do? What format would it be? What kind of content would you focus on? I'd probably do a morning show because it is a good variety of silly and serious, music and talking, and it's very social.

I would play music I like, and tell you why I like it. And have a guest historian and/or musicologist to tell us about it.

As I am a musical magpie, each week would need to have an umbrella theme such as "C19 Russian classical" or "1970s popular folk" or "English Baroque church music" but with the occasional wildcard like "music written as a f--- you" or "covers better than the original" (the latter including Rach/Pag which I shall go and listen to now).

A misspelling of “capisce”, slang American-Italian for “do you understand”.

What the game rules say about quotes:

Flamebaiting: Posts that are made with the aim of angering someone indirectly. Not outright flame, but still liable to bring angry replies. Flame baiting is a far more subtle and covert action; it is an underhanded tactic that is designed to provoke a response from another player. It's in the same context of trolling but with flamebaiting it's just the one person. Also included under flamebaiting is malicious quote editing, changing the contents of a quoted post without showing the original text, either through color changes or strike-out.

Burning Marsupial 3 has begun! Grab a virtual t-shirt and get ready to enjoy some Discord DJing, photography, and more! Link is in the WFE.

Finally, don't forget to endorse Dilber and to make your chocolate offering to Darkesia. Pretty sure some of you have been lagging (ahem, Zoran).

Eat a garlic clove with every meal to stop the Coronavirus.

It won't do anything to protect you from getting sick, but people will stay six feet away.

Why do the French love garlic?
Because they're Gallic.

What do you call an all-you-can-eat garlic restaurant? Buffet the Vampire Slayer.

What's up everyone?

I am going to start a Website that is dedicated to revealing secret recipes that contain vegetables that are in the same family as onion and garlic.

It will be called wikileeks.com

Suprising, I had 150 messages when I came back to NS today.

A couple of cows were playing cards and smoking weed.
That's right ...
The steaks were pretty high.

While climbing barefoot up mountains to meditate, Gandhi would squeeze garlic into his mouth to deal with hunger pains from fasting.

Yes, he was a super calloused fragile mystic with extra halitosis.
