Yep, New valgrad left. Came from The League, went back to The League. I'm fairly sure they were a spy. I telegrammed them to join the World Assembly and endorse me and they chickened out. Maybe they were one of those Leaguers didn't want to commit WA fraud and just bailed on the mission.
