But I had fired one of my 3 9pm guys, and another is on holidays, so I'm on this for a couple weeks at least until we get a replacement hired and trained.

The rest of my night crew work 10pm to 6am... the 9pm 3 set up for truck unloads and prep equipment and supplies, etc.
