4 min mark: Once they get stopped is probably when they'd present the warrant. Also, you don't call the person ahead of time, that's how you have critical information to the case destroyed. If law enforcement had called Ted Krasinski up ahead of time to say they'd be conducting a search, the Unibomber wouldn't have been caught. Yes, I understand that the Unibomber was a matter of a terrorist who needed to be stopped, but with Trump it was a former president who had access to dangerous information that he should not have had. Then of course it was revealed that Biden did too, because the man just cannot take a victory without somehow ruining it for himself.

10 min mark: Were they walking around with their guns out while supposed to be undercover? If so, I think the FBI needs to reconsider it's training. The authorization to use force if needed might ironically be down to the Secret Service's presence, I'm unfamiliar with FBI practice but having guards at the area you need to investigate might qualify as a threat. We also know that the FBI is historically great at identifying when lethal force should be used, but hopefully by now they're better at it.

13 min mark: FBI agents not revealing that they're FBI agents at first sounds very reasonable to me, but is he saying that they were supposed to go in and retrieve all the documents without revealing themselves as FBI agents?

20 min mark: Practice and law are two separate things, but I'd hope that in the US where the government has more control over things, government agents can be expected to stay more within the realm of legality

I appreciate that you even watched it. Thank you. I disagreed with some of his points but let's make one thing clear,

What documents did Trump have? Did you watch the Florida documents case trial at all? And who has the power to declassify documents?

I'll tell you one thing, the documents Biden had, were from his time as VICE PRESIDENT. As of the current standard law, VICE PRESIDENTS have 0 plenary declassification power, UNLESS they themselves made those documents.

The special council investigator determined Biden VIOLATED the law and that he violated the declassification laws as vice president because not only did he have documents from his time as VP, he had documents from when he was a senator.

In the end, the special council investigator determined, even though he willfully and illegally held in to documents, and jury would find him as a "old man with a forgetful memory".

They never presented anything. No one notified the secret service.

Imagine you were a secret service agent, guarding the president right?

Imagine your doing your patrol rounds and you see a random van pull up and random guys in civ clothing with no markings or uniforms with assault rifles and shotguns and they start bolt-cutting the former president's front door?

And be real flippin' honest. You'd freak out and yell and probably point your service weapon and maybe even fire. For all you know, this could be an assassination attempt from a foreign gov, or a gang or something.

According to any number of things I’ve read, they (the FBI) followed all standard protocols. Flashed a warrant and gained access. At what point would the secret service have to object to a lawful warrant when the person of the former president wasn’t even there? And for the whole “armed” thing, they’re cops, of course they’re armed. Or would you have preferred they showed up in full tactical and battering rams, amusing as that idea would have been. For a person who claims to be law abiding, you’re sure sketchy on how it actually works.
