What about Egypt, Asia and South America? Those have history as well.

I would love to visit Madagascar, Puerto Rico and all above named countries. I still want to visit Petra, Moscow, Iceland.
My next (international) travel will probably be Korea, again. Because as much as I want to see all wonders of the world, I really want to see my family again first.

My mother's going to get her citizenship status through me so that she can begin traveling the world. Currently, her non-residence status means that if she leaves the country, she can't legally re-enter it. So we have to wait three more years before we can go to other countries freely, to my knowledge.

So /irl I am an 🇺🇸. Right now, as a citizen that pays attention to current events around the world and has friends throughout it, I am embarrassed by my nation’s recent history and our behavior on the global stage. I don’t forget that there are other countries, it’s that I am a bit embarrassed by our recent conduct over the past 4 years.

That being said, you probably won’t hear this from any other of my paisanos, but, America is not the greatest anymore and we need to stop saying how great we are when in reality we’re just a big fat bully without a shred of dignity left. We need to repair this image.

I am sorry, world, that my country is kind of an ***hole. The USA is where I am from but don’t hold that against me.
