- "Hello, Alex. This is Bull Ryan."

- "Let me guess, you are calling to request my help to sort out the situation with socialists seizing control of Parliament Building?"

- "Correct. We've considered getting military and police involved, but we are looking for an option with least possible amount of violence."

- "I see. Well, I suppose I can help, but I would like to be able to call in a favor in exchange later."

- "Alex, with all due respect, we can't just give away government money or hand you a government position."

- "I'm not interested in any of those. And it's good that you aren't gonna offer those. No, I need something else. I need information."

- "What information exactly?"

- "On government finances. I want to have access to where every single polimark is going that the government controls. I want you to give me access to all of those records."

- "This could pose a threat to national security, Alex."

- "I don't think so. In any case, it wouldn't pose any more of a threat than a coup attempt backed by Strala."

- "Fair. You have a deal."

- "Good. I will immediately be mobilizing all human resources that I have connection with. We'll have all of those people heading home. On your side, I advise mobilizing some of the riot police groups to get those people out of there one by one when most of them will have left."

- "Good. We will do that."

- "I am concerned about foreign intervention though. Once they request intervention from commies abroad, we'll have time working against us to arrest leaders of coup attempt."

- "Rest assured, the arrests will be quick and peaceful. We'll do everything possible to minimize the violence."

- "Good. Well, was nice talking to you, Bull. I'll go an contact my folks righ away."

- "Thank you, Alex."

*All over the country, phone calls are being made. Millions of people call their friends and family members to encourage them not to side with socialist coup attempt. In a square in the old capital city of Zvezdow, Alex Thunder rises to speak to a crowd of hundreds of thousands of people who took to the streets to support him in counter-protest against the coup. As he takes the microphone, the crowd errupts into cheerful chants*

Alex: "Novoblupolians! For over a century we have maintained a democracy in our country! Over the last couple years, the will of our people has caused great changes for the better to take place! The government has allowed people to have more freedom than ever before! But some socialist bastards stuck in the past century are now trying to deny us all those freedoms, reaching out to dictatorships such as Strala! The people who are currently resting their buns in our Parliament Building wish to drag us into a Stralan type of a totalitarian hellhole! In this dark hour, only our true allies, such as Madovia and Elixandropolis - true democracies, are standing with us. Well we are here to tell those commies in Parliament Building that we won't let them take away our democracy! Our freedom! Because they don't have the authority, nor the power to do that! We gather here, because WE are the ones who decide the future of this country! WE THE PEOPLE!"

*The crowd errupts into cheers for Alex*

Alex: "I therefore ask you this question: WHO IS IN CHARGE HERE? WHO? IS? IN? CHARGE? HERE?

Crowd: "WE ARE!"

Alex: "WE THE PEOPLE ARE IN CHARGE HERE!"
