The Novoblupolian Senate begins a massive debate. On one hand, the pro-negotiation parties faction led by Prime minister Cassandra: decembrists, humanists and modernists. On the other hand, the anti-negotiation faction led by Center-nationalist party and which is made up of all the other parties.
