And awful, my income tax is 20% and I want it to be more around 15% being the highest

Not necessarily. My taxes are on par with Airengard's, and crime is low, everyone are geniuses(Intelligence stat is in 5% of the world I think), the environment is absolutely fantastic, healthcare and welfare and amazing. Meanwhile, one of my puppets has 15% or so tax rate, and crime is widespread, people aren't that smart, the Environment stat is 4, it's basically terrible living if you can't afford private healthcare and welfare basically doesn't exist.

I have great healthcare for the era I am in, currently focusing more on scientific advances, health, education, and environment. My taxes are just the 6th priority I wanna keep lowish. Which apparently means I have to let civilians with proper paperwork be able to purchase military gear.
