just did the math, one barrel is 42 gallons price is 0.82 per gallon,

0.82 x 42 = 34.02

34.02 x 200,000,000,000 = 6,908,000,000,000

so its 6.9 trillion

7.5t is less than 6.9t therefor it is possible
