Alright, we're after him then.

[PACE = Party Against Corrupt Entities. LJK is the sole member, defected from the Progressive Party.

In order to pay vice-president Drumtile back for his approval of their anarchist settlement, the refugees write an open letter to Drumtile thanking him for giving them the opportunity to flee the violent vanguardism of General Secretary Hafizyu Aywmi and for the opportunity to establish a society where individuals are free from the machinations of government. They claim stories of the horror they faced back in Catboiistani due to violent political repression by the ministry of information's brutal censorship regime and 'militas for the furtherance of revolution', local communism mobs which attack non-communists with the explicit approval of the government. They show pictures of the beginnings of their autonomous society. Individuals have ended up manufacturing some minor and rather ugly mud brick homes which resemble the ones of their homeland back in Catboiistan and have begun randomly employing themselves into various jobs based on what they enjoy, rather than what is economical for them to do. They ultimately encourage others in Pathonia to join their community if they wish so long as they do not stir up trouble by making an authority.

A group of nekos ultimately deliver the letter to a few nearby news organizations to publish, before leaving quietly back into their society without desire for payment.
