Ah.
Sprechen sie vous Français?

It allows the Council to actually put the military to work, sparing them from further cuts under Augusta's looming virtual presence.

You are entirely sure that you do not want any assistance from anyone of the Royal Armed Forces?
Whatever floats your boat.

To be fair, French words don't make any sense even if you know what they mean.

What the heck is a "ordinateur" or an "être" anyway? Heck if I know.

My goat might be floated if the RAD happens to want to drop Pathonian bombs as needed in the construction area.

We've been pumping them out like sausages, with a big ammonia surplus and that already-primed Maxifaerian-Ore --> Galiczie Steel loop.

That'd be the RDAF (Royal Dushinan Air Force) actually, we can probably get that done. Would the Pathonian Empire like permission to land and take off in nearby aerodromes?

People think the ZU is a terrible place because it's too divided and it should have remained as a single federated state. This is wrong.

If the ZU had stayed united, there would have been growing restlessness in the ZU. It's balkanization was the only solution to keeping the communities that are forced to work together from ripping each other to shreds by making sure those communities don't have to be near each other.

Then people talk about post-balkanization reunification, and even then, the ZU would still crumble under it's own weight if that were the case.

In the best scenario, the ZU goes full shadow-government, essentially acting as one giant autocracy hidden under the veil of 'democracy' and with the propaganda machine in full swing to scare/convince the people that [BLANK] is the enemy or [BLANK] is good/bad.

In an okay scenario, a united Z'verto gets turned into a theocracy. This theocracy headed by whatever whacko that thinks he's the bridge between Z'verto and the people and that his word is law. This takes away any aspect of choice in politics and restricts your freedoms depending on how he feels. And this would only collapse if the whacko dies.

In the worst scenario, Z'verto just goes full totalitarian. No rights. No choice. No thoughts. Any concept of freedom becomes foreign and democracy is a word removed from the Z'vonen language. "Freedom? What's that? Oh, you're saying stuff against the party? I guess we'll both face execution."

The ZU is quite literally a fluke in Z'vonen history. The right man (Masivra) in the wrong place (slavery). The Z'vonen are workers. They live to work. They do because they must. They exist to serve. And someone will control those workers, all of the time, authoritarian/totalitarian. And for once in their history, they control themselves.

Thanks for coming to my TEDtalk ZVOtalk.

Greetings, Zarial, Blanketcube, Cindacit!

Welcome to the Pacific! We're delighted to have you here. It can be a bit daunting to play NationStates or to be in the Pacific for the first time (or if you're just coming back!), but we're here to help you out. Below you'll be able to find a checklist of things you can do to get started as it will help you get a grasp of the basics and introduce you to the wider Pacifican community. If you're not new to NationStates but new to the Pacific, do make sure to still follow the instructions; it helps out a ton!

  • First things first, join the World Assembly! It's like the United Nations but in NationStates. If you're confused on how to join the World Assembly, this guide should be able to help you out.

  • Once you've joined the World Assembly, you can endorse any nation that is also in the World Assembly. It is extremely important for the security of the region that you make sure to endorse our World Assembly Delegate East Durthang.

  • Now that you've endorsed our World Assembly Delegate, you can join our forums and then apply for citizenship in the New Pacific Order. At most, the process will take a few days, and then after that - you're officially a citizen of the New Pacific Order.

  • The last thing that you need to do to get started is to join our Discord server. It allows you to communicate with all the members of the New Pacific Order, stretching across 3 main branches and other games as well. Since you're a citizen, you'll also get access to the special citizens-only channel too.

    BONUS

  • If you fancy yourself as a roleplayer, it's important that you make sure to read the RMB Roleplay Guidebook as it allows you to get an understanding of the basics of how roleplay is conducted in the Pacific. If you don't like the type of roleplay presented, you might want to consider joining the other Pacifican Roleplay Groups.

We hope you have a great time here in the Pacific!

Regards,
The New Pacific Order

It'd certainly be handy-
I think we fitted the Aions with VTOL capability.

No extra sleep.
I burned an hour trying to calm this marathon-running mind. I failed.

Has Tsar Fluff ever visited Maxifaer? I don't believe he has made the voyage there, though I could be wrong.

Salutations, New Romasti, Stelarius!

Welcome to the Pacific, the oldest region on NationStates and home of the New Pacific Order for the past 20 years. NationStates can be overwhelming when you first begin (or if you're just coming back!), with a lot of potential ways to play the game and have fun. However, we are more than happy to help you with any queries you might have regarding NationStates and the Pacific. To get started, make sure to read the below list.

It allows you to communicate with all the members of the New Pacific Order, stretching across 3 main branches and other games as well. Since you're a citizen, you'll also get access to the special citizens-only channel too.

Once you've checked everything off the list, you're free to enjoy your time in NationStates as a part of the wider New Pacific Order community. If you want to help out with what we do around here, you can consider Getting Involved - but it is not necessary for having a great time here in the Pacific. If you're not new to NationStates but new to the Pacific, do make sure to still follow the instructions; it helps out a ton!
