I am in the process of creating my version of the OTS (Organization of Turkic States) called the TCC. Keep in mind that this is an organization, not an alliance.
So what is the TCC? TCC stands for Türük(ic) Cooperation Council and the purpose is exactly in the title. Unlike the OTC, your nation doesn't have to be a Turkic nation, but rather simply contains a Turkic minority. Other Turkic bodies from around the world help each other to the best of their abilities and legally to not piss off their nation's govt. Think of the ICPJ, but for Turkic equivalent minorities.
In reality this is a fluff Organization. However, that doesn't mean it can't create new RP opportunities or lore for you. I aim for this Organization to help harbor peace between each other, no matter how small that might be, and again, form new RP opportunities for you.
